China is the world's most populous country,during which the rural population occupies the majority of China's population.Therefore,the problem of rural education in China's entire education system is extremely important,the development and construction of rural schools naturally become one of the important issues in China's basic education sector.With the continuous advancement of curriculum and teaching reform,the development and utilization of curriculum resources is still a hot topic in the academic circle,and has become an important content of curriculum reform.Researchers continue to discuss the theoretical problems and practical values of curriculum resource development at a deeper and deeper level.The establishment of course objectives,the selection of course contents,and the implementation and evaluation of courses need to be based on and supported by course resources.All these reflect the requirements and advocacy of curriculum resources development and utilization by the new curriculum reform and the development of education in the new era,and emphasize the importance of curriculum resources development for school curriculum construction and the achievement of educational goals.Rural communities have unique curriculum resources.Once these resources enter the school's vision and are effectively transformed into curriculum elements,they will release great curriculum significance and educational potential.However,the leaders and teachers of many rural schools in China do not realize that there are so many curriculum resources available in rural communities.Or be aware of,but fail to develop and utilize these resources effectively.This has something to do with the failure of rural schools to find a suitable practical mechanism to develop curriculum resources.Therefore,the research on the practical mechanism of developing community curriculum resources in rural schools is worth discussing.We believe that there are curriculum education resources with educational significance in rural communities.As long as the discovery awareness and development ability of schools and teachers are improved and appropriate development mechanism is found,the curriculum resources of rural communities can be effectively mined to promote the development and improvement of rural schools.Based on the field research and theoretical research on the development of community curriculum resources of a rural school,the author introduces the mechanism of "school-community interaction" into the field of community curriculum resources development of rural schools,and demonstrates its rationality and feasibility from the perspective of practical needs and theoretical basis.It is also found that if effective practice mechanism can be adopted to develop curriculum resources in rural communities,it will notonly drive the development of characteristic school-based curriculum in rural schools and the characteristic construction of schools,but also realize the development and change of courses,teachers and students at different levels.What's more,it will promote the development of the community,including the inheritance of community culture,the development of community education and the progress of community civilization.Specifically,this study is based on the case study of a rural school,on the basis of"practice research and theoretical research",case analysis,the conclusion logic structure of ascension ",to "school-community interaction" the theory support and community curriculum resources development thought,the practical shape of X school as the main analysis of the content,standing in the promotion of community curriculum resources development and utilization of rural school position,the rural school community curriculum resources development problems.This study will be divided into three parts,the first part is basic theoretical research part of this study,mainly to clarify the basic connotation of "school-" community interaction,community curriculum resources development value,and "school-community interaction" why a rural schools develop curriculum resources in communities of practice mechanism selection problem,the first two chapters corresponding paper content;The third chapter is the research design part of this research;Case analysis and presentation are part of this study mainly discusses,intuitive display based on "school-community interaction" X school community curriculum resources development status and the practice of school and community interaction process and the key event,find out the interaction between school and community state X as well as the community curriculum resources development situation,corresponding to this study the content of the fourth,five,six chapters.The research results are shown in the seventh chapter of this study.Through the practical investigation and theoretical analysis of the case school,the author summarizes the practical effects of the case school's curriculum resource development based on "school-community interaction" from five aspects: school culture,curriculum development,teaching mode,teacher development and student growth.And from the development subject,the development goal,the development process and the development influence aspect has demonstrated the case school community curriculum resources development basic characteristic;In addition,the author also tries to summarize the specific content of the practical mechanism of rural schools based on the development of community curriculum resources of "school-community interaction" in a general sense,so as to provide ideas and help for the current education and teaching practice in rural schools.
