In recent years,the problems of environmental damage and pollution have become increasingly prominent,which have seriously affected human life and economic development.Ecological awareness education in middle school is an effective way to solve environmental problems.The investigation found that the students of a middle school in wuhai city,Inner Mongolia,have some problems,such as lack of ecological knowledge,lack of ecological consciousness,low initiative of ecological protection behavior and single access to ecological protection information.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward several teaching strategies in order to provide reference for the improvement of teaching methods of ecological consciousness education in junior high school biology teaching.This paper puts forward many different teaching strategies according to the problems of students' ecological awareness,hoping to provide references for the improvement of teaching methods of ecological awareness education in junior high school biology teaching.First,there are many materials about ecological awareness education in textbooks.Second,the classroom is the base camp of teaching,and a single teaching model is difficult to arouse the interest of students,therefore,in the classroom teaching using a variety of teaching methods to cultivate students' ecological consciousness,so that students can more easily and actively into the classroom;third,through rich practical activities,to train students' practical ability and strengthen the cultivation of ecological consciousness at the same time;forth,the full combination of local ecological examples,the use of students familiar with the material for teaching,close the distance between knowledge and students,deepen students' understanding of ecological problems.After the implementation of the above teaching strategies in a middle school in WuHai city for a short period,the students' ecological awareness has been significantly improved.For example,spontaneous mineral water bottle recycling and reuse activities;Organized and participated in the activities of "marlin festival";Promote the basic knowledge of ecological environment protection to parents and familiar people through exhibition boards,posters and signature activities.
