As the key period of the development of self-esteem,the junior middle school stage is a particularly important period for the development of students' mental health.Previous studies have proved that self-esteem level can affect the test anxiety of junior high school students.With the gradual development of students' socialization,the self-evaluation of junior high school students develops step by step,but it is based on the self-esteem stage dominated by others' evaluation,and self-evaluation is largely influenced by external evaluation.The negative evaluation of others will affect the individual,and the level of self-esteem will also affect the degree of fear of negative evaluation.Based on the influence of self-esteem level,different junior high school students have different degree of worry about negative evaluation.Junior middle school students are worried about getting negative evaluation because of the failure of exams.Most of the negative evaluation received by junior high school students comes from teachers,parents,and so on.Students' evaluation of their test results,the frequent experience of negative evaluation will make the individual resist the negative evaluation again because of the failure of the examination,and then make the students more easily worried in the face of the examination.As a result,psychological pressure leads to a rise in the level of students' test anxiety.Therefore,this study is carried out under this background to explore the influence of junior high school students' self-esteem on test anxiety.At the same time,the mediating effect of fear of negative evaluation on self-esteem and test anxiety of junior high school students was verified.On the assumption of the existence of negative evaluation fear mediating effect,this study constructs and verifies the intermediary effect model of negative evaluation fear,and explores the influence of junior high school students' self-esteem on testanxiety by structural model.In this paper,the above hypotheses are tested quantitatively and practically through two studies.The first study is to choose the Rosenberg Self-esteem scale(SES),by using the questionnaire method.1362 junior middle school students in 3 middle schools in Dalian were investigated by BFNES and TAI,and SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to analyze the data and test the structure model.In the second study,12 students with different test anxiety levels were selected for semi-structured interview on the basis of study one to explore the real situation of test anxiety among junior middle school students.The results show that:(1)The level of self-esteem of junior high school students has significant differences in grade,only child,region and student cadres;(2)The level of fear in negative evaluation of junior high school students is significantly different in grade and gender,most junior high school students will not refute each other in language after receiving negative evaluation;(3)The level of test anxiety of junior high school students has significant grade difference and student cadre difference,the students with high test anxiety are afraid of the result factor of examination,the students with lower level of test anxiety level are afraid of the process factor of examination;(4)Self-esteem,negative evaluation fear and test anxiety are related to junior high school students' self-esteem.There was a significant negative correlation with other variables,and a significant positive correlation between negative evaluation fear and test anxiety;(5)The fear of negative evaluation of junior middle school students has a partial intermediary effect between self-esteem and test anxiety.Finally,this paper discusses and analyzes the results of the study,and based on attribution theory and emotional ABC theory,this paper also gives some teaching suggestions to reduce the level of test anxiety of junior high school students.Based on the test conclusion of the intermediate model of negative evaluation fear,this paper puts forward an indirect way to reduce the test anxiety level of junior middle school students from the aspects of self-esteem and negative evaluation fear.In order to study the scientific natureof the research,this paper also combs and discusses the shortcomings of the research,and from the research object and the research method,prospects the related further research,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the follow-up research.
