Study On The Construction Of Professional Farmers Training Standards

Professional farmer training is an important way to improve farmers' vocational skills and promote the professionalization and professional development of farmers.At present,all parts of the country have combined their own characteristics to carry out multi-model training of professional farmers.The training standards are not uniform in the process of developing professional farmers.The training classification is not detailed and the objectives are broad;the training content is not standardized and lacks pertinence;Unreasonable,deviating from technical norms;unreasonable assessment methods,lack of goal orientation and other issues.This study is based on the problems existing in the training of professional farmers,and is based on the classification criteria of the modern agricultural industrial system issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Science and Technology.Based on the classification and classification of professional farmers training standards under the industrial system.Based on the previous research in Shaanxi,Shanxi,Xinjiang,Chongqing and other places,this study analyzes the problems existing in the current professional farmer training,finds the inevitability of building professional farmers training standards according to industry requirements,and identifies the professional farmers in the meat sheep industry through job task analysis.The work content and job responsibilities,combined with the modern agricultural industrial technology system,according to the ISO1005 international training standards,from the training needs to analyze the knowledge,skills and professional ethics of the professional farmers in the meat sheep industry;accordingly,determine the training courses,training methods and Assessment and evaluation,plus the supervision of the whole process,to build a training standard for professional farmers.The training standards include four major modules: training objectives,training courses,training methods,and training evaluation.The construction of training standards can solve the problems existing in the current professional training of mutton farmers in the sheep industry,and can also be built for professional farmers in other industries in the modern agricultural industrial system.Training standards provide reference and reference.Improve the quality of training and promote the development of farmers in the direction of specialization and professionalism through standardized training.
