As a product of the deep integration of information technology and teaching,the flipped classroom has changed the teaching mode of the teacher and the way of the students' learning.It emphasizes the self-managed learning of the students.Whether the students have the ability to study independently affects the implementation of the flipped classroom.Lake of self-managed learning ability is the prominent problem in implementation of flipped classroom.Therefore,it is very important to study how to cultivate students' self-managed learning in the flipped classroom.The research on the strategy and validation of self-managed learning in the flipped classroom is still inadequate,further research is needed.Based on the research related to the flipped classrooms and self-managed learning,the study first defines the focus of the self-managed learning ability,including four aspects: “learning motivation,learning planning,learning environment utilization,and learning reflection”.Secondly,preliminary design relevant strategies to improve college students' self-managed learning ability in flipped classroom.finally adopts the action research method to apply the self-managed ability training strategy to the “teaching system design”course and test the teaching effect,to explore whether it is helpful for improving the students' self-managed learning ability.The effective implementation strategy to improve college students' self-managed learning ability in flipped classroom teaching provides practical reference for college teachers.This paper consists of the following four parts:The first part is theoretical research,including the first chapter and the second chapter.Explain the research purpose and significance of this topic,research content and methods,research ideas and framework,etc.,define the core concepts of this research.Through literature analysis,the research status of self-managed learning ability in the field of flipped classroom at home and abroad is summarized.Explain the enlightenment of the teaching design theory,mastering learning theory,self-managed learning theory,teaching structure framework and PAD class to this study.The second part is a survey of the status quo.This research uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the status quo of college students' self-managed learning ability and the currentstate of the four aspects of self-managed learning ability in this study(learning motivation,learning planning,learning environment utilization and learning reflection).Guarantee the pertinence of action research.The third part is mainly about the design,implementation,effect analysis and research summary of the college students' self-managed learning ability improving in the flipped classroom teaching,which corresponds to chapter four,chapter five and chapter six respectively.At the beginning of action research,this paper constructed the improving strategies of self-managed learning ability under the guidance of the teaching structure sequence framework,the survey results of the current situation,PAD class and self-managed learning theory.Then through three rounds of action research,gradually modifying the teaching strategy of improving students' self-managed learning ability in flipped classroom.Questionnaires,interviews,and process evaluation scale of self-managed learning were used to analyze the effect of improving students' self-regulated learning ability.Finally,a set of complete strategies to improve college students' self-managed learning ability in flipped classroom is formed.The fourth part is the seventh chapter,the research conclusion and prospect.Draw the conclusions of this study and reflect on the insufficiency and problems still to be solved in the research process,look forward to further research.The conclusions of this study are:First,the strategy of improving college students' self-managed learning ability in flipped classroom has certain rationality and effectiveness.Second,The effective strategies to improve college students' self-managed learning ability in flipped classroom include three stages,each stage has different links.The first stage is situational experience in class,including: creating situations,asking questions,clear objectives.The second stage is bidirectional inquiry after class,including: filling in task sheets,individualized learning,self-check by guideline,brainstorming,forming scheme by group cooperation,question summary.The third stage is application and demonstration in class,including: interpreting doubts by reporting results,teacher's guidance,expanding inquiry,communication and display,summary of questions.Third,the core organizational strategies to improve college students' self-managed learning ability in flipped classroom include: creating case situations to stimulate motivation;combination of individualized learning and cooperative learning for after-class stage;adhere to the organizational principle of reporting good news first,reporting bad news later in application demonstration stage.Fourth,the application of effective strategies of college students' self-managed learning ability in the flipped classroom to the “Teaching System Design ” course,to a certain degree,improved students' self-managed learning ability,students' learning motivation,learning planning,learning environment utilization,learning reflection have been enhanced.
