Teaching is a very complex process,the teaching effect is also related to many factors.How to make the teaching more effective in the three years of high school so that students learn more knowledge is a subject which has been studied for a long time by the majority of educational practitioners.Teachers in China have tried the teaching mode of leading the teaching plan to students,but it did not get rid of the dominant position of teachers.in the meanwhile,students did not get enough exercise.Originated from the United States,the flipped-classroom teaching mode is a relatively popular teaching mode in recent years,it changed people’s attitudes on teaching,the learning time has changed from the classroom from the extracurricular time,the role that teachers play has changed from the"knowledge transfer" to the "learning guidance",students have become the active learners of knowledge,which fully reflects the dominant positions,rather than the passive recipients of knowledge.Research on flipped classroom in China just started,so this reform is bound with a certain risk.Therefore we must study how to minimize the risk of the flipped classroom,making the mode more effective.In this thesis,by the analysis of effective teaching theory firstly,to clarify the problems that should be paid attention in the effective teaching progress,as well as the need to instill a few ideas to students.Then give the definition and origin of flipped classroom teaching mode,and make clear the teaching idea and characteristics of flipped classroom.Combined with some of the schools in our country to explore the case of flipped classroom,analysis of their experience and get the results.According to the characteristics of the students,the teaching practice of the flipped classroom is carried out.Two flipped classroom curriculum is given in this paper that the author attempts:"Description of the speed of movement--velocity" and "Coulomb-force" classes,the former is an inefficient class,the latter is an effective class,comparing the two,to find out the reasons of success or failure,to achieve effective teaching strategies from the flipped classroom teaching mode.
