The teacher is a special occupation,the diversification of its professional character,and the complexity and diversity of the work,so that the teacher can bear a great deal of stress in the work,especially the young teacher whose experience is not rich in the teaching time,so that a lot of bad feelings are generated in the teaching work.Through the study of the positive and negative emotional state,the teacher's personal teaching efficacy and the teacher's personality type in the 89 junior middle school and the primary school young teachers in the M town(the following young teachers refer to the junior middle school and the primary school young teachers),and the 20 teachers in the primary school are interviewed as an auxiliary research method,The relationship between the negative emotion of the young teacher and the teacher's individual teaching efficacy and the teacher's personality type is studied,and the relationship between the teacher's personal teaching efficiency and the teacher's personality type is studied.In order to promote the development of the physical and mental health of the teachers and the smooth progress of the teaching work.The investigation and analysis found:1.The positive and negative emotion scale used this time has good reliability and validity.From the results of questionnaire analysis and interview statistics,it is known that young teachers in M town experience both positive and negative emotions.According to the positive emotion scale,15.73% of the young teachers were energetic,attentive and enthusiastic,while76.40% of the young teachers were lack of motivation and enthusiasm.According to the negative emotion scale,92.13% of the young teachers were in a state of peace and tranquility,and only 4.49% of the young teachers were in negative emotions such as depression,anger,fear,tension,shame or irritability.The positive emotions experienced were significantly less than the negative emotions,and the negative emotions experienced by them were as follows: irritability,disappointment and helplessness,apathy,anxiety,depression and depression,all of which were negative emotions.There is no excessive positive emotion.Therefore,the bad mood of young teachers in M town is mainly negative emotion.Generally speaking,the survey data show that the polarization of the emotional state distribution of young teachers in M town is not obvious,and there are not many young teachers who are actively engaged and slackened in teaching work,and not many young teachers are treated negatively.The mood of most young teachers fluctuates little,which is neither particularly positive nor overly negative and lacks the enthusiasm and vitality of young teachers.2.There is no significant difference between the positive and negative emotion of the young teachers in the sex,the school property,the marriage,the teaching subject and the weekly class,and only in the negative emotion scale,there is a significant difference in the teaching age of all the young teachers.The positive emotion of the young teachers with the teaching age of more than 10 years is the highest,the negative emotion value is the lowest,the teaching age has a certain influence on the positive and negative emotion of the teacher,with the increase of the teaching age.3.The results of the correlation analysis between the positive and negative emotion scale,the teacher's individual teaching efficacy and the five personality showed that the positive emotion and the teacher's personal efficacy,the emotional stability,the extroversion,the openness and the sense of responsibility of the five personality were significantly correlated.The degree of close relation is from high to low in order: the teacher's personal teaching efficacy,the extroversion,the responsibility,the emotional stability.Negative emotions are only significantly related to emotional stability and are not related to other study dimensions.The teacher's emotional stability has a significant relationship with the positive and negative emotions,which indicates that the mood-stable teacher usually presents more positive emotion,and the mood-unstable teacher usually presents more negative emotion,which is in line with the definition of the personality trait of the five-person personality.4.Based on the analysis of the regression analysis between the positive and negative emotion scale,the teacher's individual teaching efficacy and the five personality,it can be seen that the personality of the young teacher and the teacher's personal effectiveness can effectively predict the positive and negative emotion of the teacher,The ability of the teacher's personal teaching is the most powerful to the positive emotion,it is 0.551,the second is the extroversion,the responsibility,the openness,the emotional stability,the emotional stability,the negative emotion is effectively predicted,the positive emotion of the teacher is to be enhanced,The teacher's personal teaching efficiency can be improved first,and the interaction between teachers and students is encouraged.The teaching efficacy of the teacher is closely related to the personality trait,and the four dimensions of the five personality can effectively predict the teacher's teaching efficacy,in which the ability of the sense of responsibility to the individual teaching efficacy is the strongest,is 0.747,and the other dimension prediction ability is in order from high to low,Open-label,emotional stability.Therefore,the personality trait not only has a direct effect on the positive and negative emotions,but also indirectly influences the positive and negative emotion of the teacher through the influence of the teacher's personal teaching efficiency.5.According to the analysis and statistics of questionnaire and interview questions,the influencing factors of young teachers' bad mood are as follows:first,the personality trait,That is,the frequency of the positive and negative emotion generated by the teachers with different personality characteristics is different,the young teachers of the extroversion personality experience more positive emotions,and the other three dimensions in turn are responsible,open and emotional stability according to the size of the influencing factors.The second,it is the teacher's personal teaching efficacy,the young teacher with high teaching efficiency is apt to produce positive emotion,the young teacher with low teaching efficiency is apt to produce negative emotion and other bad emotion.The third,the teaching pressure,which is embodied in the young teacher's teaching level is not high,the work has encountered a setback,has no satisfaction;the class of the teaching class is not good,the result is difficult to improve;the workefficiency is low;the pay is not sure.The fourth,the income and the status,the rural school teacher's salary is generally lower,influence the teacher's salary initiative and enthusiasm.Fifth,the problem of interpersonal relationship,such as the inharmonious relationship between the teacher-student relationship,the lack of the leadership,the parents do not work with the teaching work,the colleague relationship is cold,the contradiction with the family and so on.6.The tactics of the young teachers to manage the bad mood are: to study the theory and method of the emotion management strategy,to internalize the consciousness of the emotion management,to improve the professional quality of the teachers and to strengthen the professional basis of the emotional management,to set up the correct values and the outlook on life and to lay the value of the emotional management;Perfect the management of the school's young teachers and build the humanistic care system of the emotional management.
