With the development of information technology,new media devices such as mobile phones and computers are slowly integrated into the daily life of the public and occupy a dominant position.As for organizations,while enjoying the image propaganda and benefits of the new media,the transparency,truthfulness and interactive of news are increasing risk factor for the crisis in the invisible.The secretary is an important position for passing information and cooperating,it is an urgent to improve their ability of crisis management.The secretarial graduates of secondary vocational schools will be engaged in front office reception,business assistant,public relations officer,etc.For safeguarding interests of organizations,the secretary should own a good ability of crisis management when crisis outbreak.Based on the new media era,took the secretarial students and teachers as the object of investigation.Four research methods are mainly used in the study:literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.First of all,the author has read a large number of literature about crisis management,the strategies of crisis public relations and ability cultivation.Secondly,the author reorganizes these literature for knowing the investigation in domestic and overseas at present and providing theoretical basis for the study.Finally,the author selects four schools which has set the secretary major and put forward some useful measures after making the investigation and interviewing the teachers.The study has been divided into six parts:The first chapter is the introduction.In this chapter,the author summarizes the domestic research status on the basis of reading the literature,expounds the theoretical basis of this paper,namely the”risk society theory”,the crisis public relations representative theories and the constructive learning theory.Then the author definite the keywords mentioned in this article,mainly distinguishes between crisis and crisis events,crisis public relations and public relations crisis,crisis public relations and crisis management;The second chapter demonstrates the need for the ability of crisis management in current social.Firstly,the author selected representative crisis cases from three perspectives:enterprise,career and government,and then analyzes them.Secondly,the author visited 7 organizations to issue investigate.Analyzing from the probability of the secretarial staffencountering crisis events,the knowing about public relations strategies,the understanding of the relationship between new media and crisis management and the understanding of crisis management.In the third chapter,the author selects four schools,analyzing from the cognition of crisis management,the use of new media,the attention to social crisis events and the attitude of learning.The survey results of teachers can be summarized as a certain understanding of the use of new media teaching,the use of new media to enhance the crisis public relations ability of secretarial students is not comprehensive enough,the methods for improving students' public ability in classroom teaching are not fully understood.The fourth chapter is based on the third.Summarizing and analyzing the problems about the current training of crisis management training ability.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding training strategy based on the previous papers.Firstly,uses the advantages of new media to create a crisis management ability training platform,improve the utilization rate of students' new media learning resources,and secondly,strengthen students' self-development,providing internal motivation for the cultivation of crisis management ability,internal motivation is the decisive factor of learning.And finally,the“trinity ” of teachers,teaching and training promotes the cultivation of crisis management ability,teachers should improve the knowing of crisis management ability and their own media literacy,the using of teaching methods more flexible and cooperate with other teachers.The sixth chapter will summarize the research results and shortcomings of this paper and clarify the direction of future research.China's crisis public relations research started later than other countries,so there is still a long way to go.It mainly stays in theory and case analysis,not practices.The author puts forward training strategies by focusing on individuals rather than organizations to improve the ability of crises management,combining with the development of the new media,the needs of the society and the professional ability required by the secretary major.Hoping that the author's research can provide subtle help to the scholars behind and promote the crisis management ability of students in the secondary vocational school.
