The Chinese vocational module course is the specialized limited learning course of the secretarial major in secondary vocational school,its function is to assist the students to master the professional skills,the other is to cultivate the students'comprehensive Chinese literacy and professional literacy.Therefore,it has become an important breakthrough in the curriculum reform of vocational education.However,at present,the teaching effect of Chinese vocational module of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school is not ideal.With the wide application of information technology and modern educational technology,the integration of information technology into curriculum reform has become one of the effective ways to improve the teaching effect.Flipped classroom is based on information technology as the medium,teachers through the production of teaching videos and presentations and other multimedia learning resources,uploaded to the online learning platform for students to independently complete the learning of teaching target knowledge points before class.A new teaching mode,which enables students to absorb knowledge internally in the classroom by providing students with the scene of communication and cooperation,is in line with the teaching method of Chinese courses under the new syllabus and the idea of taking students as the main idea.In this study,the reverse classroom teaching mode is integrated into the Chinese vocational module course of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school to develop the teaching design.By consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,this study combs the current situation of flipping classroom and teaching design and defines its concept.By means of investigation method and literature method,this paper studies the present situation of teaching and learning of Chinese vocational module course for secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school,and clarifies the existing problems in the teaching activities of Chinese vocational module course for secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the use of flip classroom teaching model to solve the above problems.First of all,this paper analyzes and sums up the application advantages and feasibility of flipping the classroom teaching mode in the Chinese vocational module course of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school.Secondly,based on the theory of flipping classroom teaching mode,this paper constructs the teaching model structure diagram of Chinese professional module flipping classroom for secretarial specialty of secondary vocational school,and probes into the teaching principles and the contents of teaching design steps.Then,from the theme of reading and appreciation,Peng Xianghua,a "great craftsman",is selected."Qinyuan Spring Changsha" and the selection of "answering questions" in expression and communication and the selection of "Love condensed recruitment Young volunteers" in Chinese comprehensive practice activities from the analysis of preparation in the early stage of teaching,the design of learning resources and the design of teaching process.There are four aspects of teaching evaluation design to carry on the detailed teaching design to the course.Finally,in order to verify the application effect of flipping classroom in the vocational module course of secretarial professional Chinese in secondary vocational school,two classes are selected as ordinary class and experimental class in secondary vocational school secretarial specialty,and the comparative experiment is carried out.The experimental data are collected and analyzed by professional data analysis software.The results show that flipping the classroom teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of Chinese vocational module courses for secretarial students in secondary vocational school.On the basis of the above research,this paper draws the following conclusions:flipping the classroom teaching mode solves the problems existing in the teaching activities of the Chinese vocational module course of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school;Turning over the classroom Teaching Mode to improve the Learning ability,Learning interest and habit,teamwork and Professional Literacy of the students majoring in secretarial Science in Secondary Vocational Education;When teachers carry on the reverse classroom teaching design and development,they must take the students as the main body to expand the learning resources related to the major,and fully combine the characteristics of the students,the secretarial major and the Chinese vocational module.This study has some innovation in the course of Chinese vocational module of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational school,but it also has some shortcomings.
