As the country's economic transformation and upgrading,the demand for serviceoriented talents is also increasing.All of these have prompted the double demand for applied secretarial professionals.At present,many schools secretary professional personnel training mode is still in the traditional teaching mode,the secretary major mainly document processing,such as daily transaction processing theory knowledge learning,did not highlight the characteristics of vocational education,the lack of professional pertinence to the practical ability of students is not strong,do not have corresponding professional ability.This kind of education model that is out of touch with the needs of enterprises clearly produces students who do not meet the real needs of enterprises.As an important training base for future talents in related industries,secretarial major in secondary vocational schools should be built to meet the needs of primary and intermediate talents with the development of social politics,economy and culture,as well as the courses of higher vocational and undergraduate secretarial major.And in the spring of the university entrance exam the measure to the improvement of secondary vocational students study and ability to provide an effective platform,reasonable curriculum is born into the basis of study of higher vocational technical secondary school,to participate in the spring the university entrance exam students contact more professional course knowledge and cultural knowledge,make the secondary vocational students' vocational ability in higher vocational stage was improved.Therefore,this paper believes that it is necessary and urgent to investigate the current situation of the spring college entrance examination curriculum of the secondary vocational secretary major.At first,this paper makes literature review and exploration on the theoretical basis and basis of the curriculum setting of secretary major in secondary vocational school,which provides theoretical guidance for the analysis of the following text.Paper through literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey in tianjin secondary vocational secretary major spring college entrance examination class curriculum present situation investigation and analysis,conducted among students and teachers,research content including training objectives,curriculum content,curriculum structure,scheduling,course credits,training program,teaching management,curriculum evaluation eight dimensions design questionnaire,found that the curriculum of secondary vocational secretary major spring college entrance examination class is the goal of talent cultivation is not clear,professional courses with higher vocational(skills),unreasonable curriculum structure design,etc.,and an analysis of the causes to solve above problems.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the thesis puts forward relevant Suggestions and strategies,including: to determine the talent target positioning,to train skilled secretarial talents,to enhance the concept of integration of theory and practice,to highlight the characteristics of secretarial specialty,to optimize the curriculum structure,and to increase the proportion of professional(skills)courses.In order to help the construction of the curriculum system of the spring college entrance examination for the secretary major,and to promote its professional and scientific research,to cultivate more suitable for the market demand of high-quality secretary professional talents,to provide a cornerstone and guarantee for the overall development of students.
