With the increasing importance of practical training in the curriculum teaching of secondary vocational colleges,the implementation of practical training has been paid more and more attention.According to the teaching standards of secretary major in secondary vocational schools(trial),this paper compiled a questionnaire and an outline of teacher interview for the practical teaching of secretary major in secondary vocational schools from seven dimensions: practical training projects,teaching activities,teaching schedule,practical training environment,professional teachers,teaching evaluation,and students' learning status.The survey found that the main problems in the practical teaching of secretary major in Y secondary vocational school are: insufficient practical training programs,monotonous teaching activities,unreasonable teaching schedule,poor practical training environment,lack of practical training teachers and imperfect teaching evaluation mechanism.The main causes of the problem are schools and teachers.To improve the quality of practical training,it is necessary to change the teaching concept and increase the investment in practical training.Setting out the guiding ideology of running a school and ensuring the teaching hours;To improve the training program and improve students' skills;To strengthen the construction of teachers,the introduction of training professional teachers;Establish and improve the teacher training mechanism,implement diversified teaching activities and other feasible measures.
