With the continuous popularization of higher education in China,the number of university graduates is also increasing year by year,and the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious,which brings new challenges to the employment management departments of colleges and universities.Effective management of the employment quality of college students is a realistic requirement to cope with the increasingly severe employment situation of college students.However,the current employment quality management of college students faces many problems such as insufficient attention of colleges and universities,imperfect setting of employment quality management institutions,unscientific assessment mechanism,and imperfect working mechanism of college students' employment quality management,which seriously affects the improvement of college students' employment quality.On the other hand,it is very necessary and realistic to study the employment quality management of private college students.As the first batch of applied private undergraduate colleges in China,Jiangxi University of Science and Technology has increased its employment number year by year,and the employment situation is not optimistic.Therefore,this paper takes the employment quality management problem of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as the research object,and uses literature research method,investigation research method and comparative analysis method to analyze the problems existing in the process of employment quality management of college students in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.The study found that there are problems in the quality management of college students in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology: the main body of employment quality management of college students,the unreasonable setting of employment quality management institutions and the imperfect construction of college students' employment quality management team;In terms ofobject of management,there are problems such as unscientific talent quality training system,backward school-enterprise cooperation mode,and low level of service quality of graduated college students.In the methods and means of employment quality management of college students,there are indicators of employment quality management of college students.The problem of the unscientific and formalization is about the assessment methods for the employment quality management of college students.The main reasons for these problems are: poor communication and coordination,lack of comprehensive quality management concepts in schools,implementation of the principle of student-centeredness,and rational economics among schools.To this end,this paper combines the actual situation of college students' employment quality management in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.This paper from three aspects of the need to improve the construction of employment quality management of college students,strengthen the management of employment quality management of college students,and improve the methods and means of employment quality management of college students.It makes the countermeasures to optimize the employment quality management strategy of colleges and universities in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,in order to improve the quality of employment management of college students in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.
