Analysis Of Employment Quality And Management Of Master Students In Management

The Quality of Employment of Postgraduates in Management majors have the important influence for the society.For the postgraduates,The quality of employment impact on the future career development.For the University,It has impact the reputation and enrollment plan.For the company,the management majors of the master in the enterprise Management positions,play the important role,the quality of their employment level of the impact of the sustained and stable development of enterprises and production efficiency.This paper analyzes the employment quality of graduate students in management majors by combining theory research and empirical research.First of all,The paper definition of relevant concepts,such as the quality of employment,the quality of the management of graduate students.Second,In based on the reference of scholars and communicate with graduates,fresh students and teachers to build the Employment quality index system.Then,taking A University of Qingdao as an example,gives the questionnaires to the graduate students of Management majors,and analyzes the employment situation of the graduates of A University.Third,analyzes the factors which affect the quality of employment.Finally,Express views to different subjects for improve the quality of employment.This paper chooses the management master's degree graduates of A university as the sample,and draws the conclusion from the five aspects of hiring conditions,working environment,job security,working prospects and job satisfaction.On the management of the subject of the survey,this paper draws the conclusion:(1)professional disagreement obvious;(2)master graduates expect salary and the actual salary gap is too large;(3)employment protection is not comprehensive.According to the results of this survey,the reasons are analyzed from the results of the analysis.According to the influencing factors,the research results are given to the research results.
