Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Secondary Management In Jiangxi Colleges

Employment is the largest people's livelihood,it's also related to the development of colleges and social stability.For the implementation requirements of the employment work of whole process,full participation,professionalism and informationization,colleges should focus on employment work to the department(branch),and gradually establish the secondary employment management model.However,the situation of secondary management of employment in Jiangxi Province is not optimistic.Many colleges failed to clarify employment working scopes between the employment function and the department(branch),the department(branch)on the implementation of employment is not in place.This thesis takes the practical problems of the secondary management of employment in Jiangxi province as the study object.This thesis investigates and analyzes on the employment of secondary management of supporting resources,information management and department(branch)employment work implementation through the questionnaire survey,access to the campus network,individual interviews,etc.and the author analyzes the situation of the pros and cons of employment management secondary management.According to the principle of combining theory with practice,the thesis has depth of the analysis of the problem of secondary management and the reasons,which laid the foundation for countermeasures to effectively solve the problem.From the perspective of modern management effectiveness theory,the author gives employment secondary management strategies for Jiangxi province's colleges by creating of employment work full participation atmosphere,adjusting and reconstructing secondary management authority,improving necessary resources the employment work of secondary management,strengthening the information construction of secondary management,building the employment management of secondary management assessment system and other methods,the thesis also gives some countermeasures and suggestions for other provinces colleges effective to implements the employment work of secondary management.
