In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the “Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program”,which formally proposed and fully implemented the excellent teacher training program.In the same year,the "Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education" and the "Modern Vocational Education System Construction Plan(2014-2020)" all proposed to build a " double-qualified" teacher team and improve the "double-qualified" teacher training system.The cultivation of excellent "double-qualified" normal students will have a strategic significance for the construction of vocational education teachers and the development of vocational education.The training of high-quality professional "double-qualified" teachers is the goal of the state.The construction of the team attaches great importance to it,and it also provides superior growth conditions and broader development space for outstanding teachers with potential and characteristics.It helps to find out the education that meets the individual needs of students' individual development from the training process of the elite teachers.The law and training methods have broken through the predicament of teacher education in China's existing higher normal colleges and universities,and opened the way for the exploration of the excellent "double-skilled" teacher students in the new era.This paper selects the excellent "double-qualified" normal students as the research object,and further defines the connotation,current situation,predicament and countermeasures of "excellent double-qualified" normal students by focusing on such core concepts as "professional education normal students","double-qualified teachers" and "excellent teachers",On the basis of teacher specialization,situational cognition and learning theory and human capital theory,this paper analyzes the training objective setting,mode selection,education teaching innovation and the measurement and monitoring of the training results of excellent "double-qualified" normal students by means of investigation(case study)and literature research,from its cultivation standard and pursuit,path and organization,training content and training system,and security,common features were summarized,and compared with some developed countries vocational education teacher training of professional standards,certification,and curriculum system three aspects comparison,draw lessons from foreign successful experience and mature to develop more detailed reflect the practice of vocational education teachers of the status quo,explore deeper problems.Through comparison method and data statistical analysis it is concluded that the "double division type" excellence students cultivation is level is not high,the attraction is not strong,the less attention and predicament of the existing platform limitations,cultivate subject as weak overall strength,low levels as a whole,professional cover services narrow and the absence of professional identity issues such as become a bottleneck restricting the development of vocational education teachers.In addition,due to the poor management system and the barriers of pre-employment access,the connection between education and employment is not close.To improve training quality excellence "double type" teachers,this study put forward in order to make clear training objectives,improve professional ability as the guidance,the innovation training mode,strengthen the cooperative education as the means,to perfect the system of support,enhance professional appeal,and the way the safety evaluation,multiple participate in the management to ensure the four aspects of optimization strategy,so as to better for excellence "double type" teachers and provide advice and reference.
