A Study On College Students' Entrepreneurship Problems And Countermeasures

With the increasing pressure from the global economic downturn,China's economic development has slowed down,and the demand for talent in the market has decreased.However,the total number of college graduates in China has increased year by year,and has continuously broken through the historical record.The employment problem of college graduates has become increasingly prominent.Under this circumstance,it's undoubtedly an important way to support and guide the entrepreneurship of college.Chinese government is the macro-controller and server of social and economic life.It will play an important role in supporting and guiding college students' entrepreneurship.Therefore it has a great practical significance to study the ways to optimize government functions for solving the problem of college students' entrepreneurship.The strategic goal of Chinese government is to promote employment through entrepreneurship by encouraging college students to start business.Since the end of the 20 th century,the Chinese government has continuously increased the support of economic management,entrepreneurship education,and entrepreneurial services for college students' entrepreneurship.The support of government plays a positive role in the development of college students' entrepreneurship.It helps to effectively promote college students to change their traditional attitude toward employment,improve the entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial practice of college students,as well as inject new vitality into social and economic development.But there are still some problems in college students' entrepreneurship,including low level of entrepreneurial field,low success rate,unbalanced development of entrepreneurial areas,weak market awareness,lack of entrepreneurial quality and ability,low popularity of entrepreneurial education,low effectiveness of entrepreneurship,financial barriers,etc.From the perspective of government functions,the main causes of college students' entrepreneurship problems includes the imperfect college students' entrepreneurial policy system,the incomplete cultural education guidance function and the unsound entrepreneurial service function.Thus measures to solve theseproblems are necessary.The main responsibility of the government to support college students' entrepreneurship needs to be clarified and the construction of professional teams needs to be strengthened.The fiscal and financial policies need to be improved to increase the economic support for college students' entrepreneurship.The college students' entrepreneurship education and training system needs to be improved to improve the college students' entrepreneurial ability.The function of entrepreneurial service needs to be perfected to promote the sustainable development of college students' entrepreneurship.The entrepreneurship of college students needs to be speeded up to provide legal protection for college students' entrepreneurship.The long-term public opinion propaganda mechanism for college students' entrepreneurship needs to be established to promote entrepreneurial culture and spirit.
