Starting from the logical relationship of "overall order-main body function" mutual construction,this paper links the order or disorder of the development of entrepreneurship education with the main body's functional results.Combing the relationship between "subject function-overall order" has become the theoretical cornerstone of exploring multi-subject function in Entrepreneurship education.Although there is no relevant theory directly showing the logic of mutual construction between the two,from the perspective of the reasonable premise provided by the theory of self-generating order and the possible mapping of the theory of self-organization,three relationships are preliminarily sorted out:the overall order is the emergence of the results of the main body's function;the overall order changes with the adjustment of the main body's function;and the overall order has binding force on the main body's function.Exploring the relationship between the order of entrepreneurship education and the main function is an effective attempt to apply the above theory to practice.At present,the main function state is "strong government,passive university,social deficiency".The government actively participates in providing administrative motivation for entrepreneurship education,and passive response has become the inertia behavior mode of University participation in Entrepreneurship education,while the social participation is weak in the marginal and bystander position.This idea of subject participation implies the essence of the imbalance of subject function,that is,the bias of subject function orientation,the deviation of function action and the imbalance of function result.The main function of this imbalance has constructed the disordered development of entrepreneurship education-the absence of the main structure at the macro level.The impact of the gradual entry into the middle and micro levels of entrepreneurship education is the failure of the effectiveness of the main behavior and the poor development results.On the basis of this analysis,the conclusion is to clarify in theory and solve in practice the current situation of prosperous and ineffective entrepreneurship education.It is important to understand and eliminate the unbalanced state of the main function of "strong government,passive university,social bystander",and naturally put forward the way to eliminate the main unbalance-the construction of multi-main function.Function construction is an effective way for the orderly return of the subject.It recognizes therelative independence of the subject's status at the starting point,ensures the certainty of the subject's behavior pattern in the process,and achieves the coordination of the subject's relationship in the result.The government,universities and society are the subjects of entrepreneurship education,which can be supported by relevant theories,explained from the practical nature of entrepreneurship education,and verified intuitively from foreign experience of entrepreneurship education.Selecting three countries with outstanding achievements in the development of entrepreneurship education in the United States,the United Kingdom and Japan,this paper sums up the law of action of the main body participating in Entrepreneurship Education from the concrete practice,and extracts the general guiding principle of the main body's behavior-government governance of the macro-environment to provide basic conditions for entrepreneurship education.Institutions of higher learning adhere to the essence of education is the fundamental premise of Entreprene To be the foothold of entrepreneurship education.Combining with the Chinese context of the development of entrepreneurship education,this paper clearly constructs the multi-subject function of entrepreneurship education.Government: Governing macro-environment-barrier dredging function;giving full play to the advantages of government function,dredging obstacles in the process of development of entrepreneurship education from three aspects: unfavorable factors and overcoming perfection of policy environment;scattered restrictions and adjustments of material environment;restrictive factors and guidance of cultural environment.Institutions of higher learning: adhere to the essence of Education-the function of rational understanding,through the rational interpretation of the connotation of entrepreneurship,the rational design of entrepreneurship ideas and the rational structure of entrepreneurship organizations,form the rational understanding of entrepreneurship education and implement it rationally.Society: Promote entrepreneurship behavior-practice incentive function.As the place where practice is generated and tested,society promotes the leap from rational knowledge of entrepreneurship education to practice by cultivating practice concept,sharing practice cost and leading practice demonstration.The functions of government,universities and society should be clearly established to ensure the scientific and orderly participation of multiple subjects in Entrepreneurship education,and to promote entrepreneurship education to an orderly development spacesupported by multiple subjects.In this space,the motive force of entrepreneurship education has shifted from external supervision to endogenous generation;the implementation path has shifted from significant regulation to implicit coordination;and the development results have shifted from formalization to sustained construction.
