Research On The Problem Of Entrepreneurship Support For College Students In Jilin Province

As the decline in China's economic growth rate in recent years,the advantage of the demographic dividend,leading to domestic labor population structure change,college graduates facing the employment pressure increases gradually,the response in the form of business college graduate obtain employment difficult problem gradually become a new trend,"college students entrepreneurship" facing a series of problems need to get more attention.Governments at all levels from the central to the local level have issued various policies to help college students start their own businesses.Universities and enterprises across the country have also responded positively to the government's call and given certain support to the entrepreneurial activities of college students.However,in this environment,the number of college students and the success rate of entrepreneurship did not significantly increase.Jilin province is one of the three northeastern provinces in China,and the level of economic development and education is at the domestic average level.In recent years,under the leadership of jilin provincial government,jilin provincial government and all sectors of society have been increasing their support for college students to start their own businesses,but there are still some periodic problems in the process of promotion and improvement.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,the author summed up the present situation of jilin province college students entrepreneurship support problems,in this paper,the problems existing in the college students entrepreneurship to support the status quo of jilin province,launched a series of investigation and a certain degree of analysis,analysis of these problems on direction of entrepreneurial support reasons,causes of the finally aimed at these problems,can effectively solve the problem of the entrepreneurial support countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the steps of studying the current situation,finding out the problems and analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper believes that the government,universities and enterprises should make joint efforts to solve the existing problems in the support of college students' entrepreneurship in Jilin province,and college students should actively cooperate.The government should not only clarify the responsibility of the government,increase publicity,optimize relevant policies,but also improve service quality.Enterprises should pay more attention to and participate in the entrepreneurial activities of collegestudents.Colleges and universities should pay more attention to the entrepreneurship education of college students and give some support to the construction of teaching resources and professional teachers.Through the joint efforts of the three aspects,Jilin university students entrepreneurship support problems can be effectively solved,Jilin university students entrepreneurship can have a better development.
