With the continuous advancement of curriculum reform,"key competency" has become the core concept of basic education.The teaching of the work is closely related to the key competency.In the process of the work,it not only reflects the comprehensive quality of the primary school students,but also reflects the students' perspective on the world and the attitude and value orientation of the event.In the basic education stage,the teaching of the teaching has always been an important part of the Chinese language teaching in primary schools.Especially in the upper grades of elementary school,the requirement of the curriculum standard for the upper primary school students is no longer a simple self-expression,but also requires students to cherish themselves.Unique feelings and innovative expressions.Therefore,teachers should reposition the objectives,contents,methods,etc.of the upper-level primary school teaching based on the core literacy teaching horizon,and improve the deficiencies in the traditional learning teaching classroom,thus contributing to the improvement of teachers' teaching literacy and teaching.Skills,in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching innovation ability teaching.In view of this,this study firstly interprets the connotation of the cultivation of students' innovative ability in primary school,and after defining the related concepts of key competency,assignments,and creative ability,explains the inherent logical relationship between the practice and the ability to innovate.Designing the performance indicators of the innovation ability of the work;Secondly,this study uses the literature analysis method,the case analysis method,the observation method and the work analysis method,and takes the G city G primary school upper-level study class as the research object,and the teacher in the current teaching practice The in-depth investigation and research on the cultivation of the creative ability of senior students in primary school has selected the teaching themes of writing and narratives as the teaching case.Based on the analysis of the performance indicators of the creative ability of the students,after analyzing the teaching cases and the finished products of the students,it is found that there are four typical problems in the upper primary school class,that is,the problem of the framework of student work is serious,and the students' work The mode of thinking is solidified,teachers are used to extend the traditional teaching mode,and teachers' ability to correct is weak.In response to the above phenomena,the author conducts a deeper analysis of the reasons,which is mainly caused by the influence of the test-oriented education,the insatiable awareness of teachers' teaching innovation,the inertia of students' thinking,and the lack of innovative thinking.Finally,in order to solve the shortcomings in the cultivation of students' creative ability in primary school,this study takes the key competency as the field of vision and proposes relevant training strategies,specifically to reshape the teaching objectives,update the teaching content,the creative teaching path,and the diverse work.Evaluation method,change learning subject.
