With the integration of technology and education,the knowledge structure of teachers has been changed,technical knowledge is been added to the knowledge structure which just had the content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge.If a teacher does not have enough technical knowledge,the teaching effect will be more or less affected in the classes which are in the environment of the information technology teaching,while the vocational education trains technical and applied talents,the vocational college teachers' information teaching ability has a greater impact on the teaching effect than other ordinary teachers.The pre-service teachers in vocational colleges are the new force of vocational education in the future,and the cultivation of the pre-service teachers' information teaching ability in vocational schools indirectly affects the overall quality of vocational education in the future.This study derives from the humanities and social sciences project in Chongqing city,whose name is “Research on the training and evaluation of vocational teachers' information literacy based on TPACK under the environment of big data”.Based on the previous definitions of information teaching ability,this study suggests that vocational college teachers' information teaching ability includes five parts,which are information ethics and morality,information teaching design ability,information teaching implementation ability,information teaching awareness and attitudes and information teaching evaluation and feedback.This study firstly measures the vocational college pre-teachers' and teachers' information teaching ability,then through the analysis and comparison of the difference of the information teaching ability between the vocational college pre-teachers and teachers,the differences of the every aspect of the information ability between the pre-teachers and in-service teachers will be known about,the strategies and suggestions of the cultivating of the vocational college pre-teachers' information ability are given.Firstly,by studying the relevant literature,the evaluation indexes of teachers' information teaching ability are extracted,then the evaluation indexes are made some changes under the guidance of experts,also the questionnaires for the current information teaching ability situation of the vocational college pre-teachers and in-service teachers are established according to the evaluation indexes.Through the data collecting and sorting,the situation of the research objects' information teaching ability is analysed by using the SPSS software,and the differences between the two are analyzed.Then according to the current situation,the teachers' information teaching ability training plan which is based on the frame of TPACK is set up.Before the training plan is implemented,a pre-test,which is based on the test scale of the pre-teachers' information teaching ability,is conducted to the pre-teachers.A information teaching ability training for the pre-teachers which is lasted for two months is conducted based on the training plan after the pre-test.Then a post-test is conducted to measure the information teaching ability after the training.Finally,through the comparison of the difference between the pre-test and the post-test,the effect of the pre-teachers' information teaching ability based on the frame of TPACK is evaluated.The purpose of this research is to offer some useful reference for the effective promotion of the implementation of the vocational pre-teachers' information teaching ability.
