With the rapid development of social economy,science and technology,great changes have taken place in education,which has an important impact on the knowledge structure of teachers.The development of teaching task needs to combine informational technology and education closely and change the traditional teaching mode under the rapid development of social economy so that it can improve the effect and efficiency of education.At the same time,the demand for practical talents is increasing in enterprises with the rapid development of economy.The teachers who teach commercial courses in secondary vocational schools need to use modern educational technology in the process of carrying out teaching task to make students grasp and apply vocational skills better.The information-based ability of commercial teachers in secondary vocational schools is constantly improved in the developing process of educational modernization.Combining informational technology with practical teaching has become a necessary professional accomplishment for commercial teachers in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,the evaluation of informational teaching ability for commercial teachers in secondary vocational school must be carried out immediately.In the process of studying the evaluation system of informational teaching ability of commercial teachers in secondary vocational schools,this thesis summarizes the concept of informational teaching ability and masters the basic implication of it.The evaluation system of informational teaching ability of commercial teachers in secondary vocational schools is studied on the basis,and the present situation of the evaluation system of informational teaching ability of commercial teachers is understood and the existing problems are analyzed.First of all,based on TPACK theory,the evaluation system of informational teaching ability,which is suitable for trade teachers in secondary vocational schools is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,the applicability of the evaluation system is verified inื ื secondary school,and the countermeasures to cultivate the informational teaching ability of commercial teachers in secondary vocational schools are further discussed.Finally,the application of evaluation system in other aspects is pointed out.The construction of evaluation system can promote the informational teaching abilityof commercial teachers in secondary vocational schools and improve the quality of cultivating commercial talents in secondary vocational schools.On the one hand,the evaluation system of informational teaching ability of commercial teachers constructed in this thesis is reasonable by using analytic hierarchy process and interviews on the basis of TPACK theory.On the other hand,the establishment of the evaluation index system taking the teachers and students of secondary vocational schools as the main objects of investigation is practical to some degree.Therefore,the reconstruction of the evaluation index system can improve the overall qualities of commercial teachers in secondary vocational schools and improve the teaching effect of commercial courses.
