With the rapid development of science and technology,traditional education methods have been unable to adapt to the ever-changing society.With the help of Internet technology,online education can break through the bottleneck of traditional teaching mode and provide cross-region and cross-time education mode,realize the sharing of educational resources,which will become the mainstream trend of the future development of education.However,online education is an emerging industry,with the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry,which is at the stage of growth and exploration.In recent years,more and more financing problems have been exposed in the development of online education enterprises.These numerous financing problems not only reflect the various problems in the industry,but also reflect the imperfect financial market system and the implementation of government policies.How to analyze and solve these financing problems will be an important step to help the online education industry clear the obstacles and promote growth.This research is divided into the following steps:Firstly,it sorts out and reviews related domestic and foreign research,and clarifies the necessity of research and the direction of research.Subsequently,the theoretical basis of the research is expounded,and the overall development of the online education industry and the financing status of online education enterprises are introduced in detail.Thirdly,this paper selected three representative companies in the industry,and selected different aspects for case analysis,and extracted the typical problems prevalent in online education enterprises for detailed analysis.Finally,through the analysis of the causes of financing problems,corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
