In the 1990 s,researchers from developed countries in Europe and America have been more and more accurate and comprehensive in the research of early education institutions in marketing theory.Because the introduction of early education in China is late in other countries,the research of professional science is very few,the early education research is more on the development of the relevant curriculum,and the safety research of all kinds of early education institutions,lack of the early education marketing system,comprehensive and profound research.Through the relevant research in this paper,I hope to enrich the connotation of early education marketing theory,slightly improve the marketing theory level of early education industry in China,and provide a way of thinking for the development of early education institutions marketing.This thesis,taking Wuxi SC early education company as an example,uses the literature reference method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and empirical research method,starting from the external marketing environment,industry competitive environment and marketing situation,analyzes the problems existing in the marketing strategy of Wuxi sc early education company,explores a series of problems existing in the marketing strategy of Wuxi sc early education company,and starting from the problems,the formulation of targeted marketing strategies and safeguard measures.Compared with previous similar research,this paper is innovative in the application of theory,practice and methods,and the creative use of questionnaire survey method,to ensure the objectivity of the problem analysis.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,elaborated the research background and significance of this paper,as well as the relevant research status at home and abroad,and the research content,research methods and technical route of the comprehensive comb;The second chapter is the introduction of related theory and research tools,the 4p marketing combination theory and STP theory,as well as pest analysis,five forces model,SWOT analysis are described indetail;The third chapter is the analysis of the marketing status and problems of Wuxi sc early education company,first of all,the basic situation of Wuxi sc early education company and the current marketing system,marketing model and its effect,and then use pest analysis,five forces model,questionnaire to analyze the external marketing environment and market competitive environment and marketing strategy of Wuxi sc early education company;The fourth chapter is the design of marketing strategy of Wuxi sc early education company.through SWOT analysis,the marketing strategy of Wuxi sc early education company is selected and positioned,and the product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy of Wuxi sc early education company are formulated.The fifth chapter is about the development of marketing strategy guarantee measures of Wuxi sc early education company,and the organization guarantee measures,resource guarantee measures and enterprise cultural guarantee measures implemented by the marketing strategy of Wuxi sc early education company;The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect part,summarizes the research and innovation of the full text,and puts forward the development direction of future research.
