With the deepening of quality education,Psychological quality education has gradually improved its schedule,and the importance of quality education has also been paid more and more attention to by educational administrative departments and psychology circles at all levels.Under the current educational environment in China,the demand for talents is getting higher and higher,the employment situation is grim,and the parents expectations for their children are increasing.The increase of academic stress will cause middle school students to fall into mood depression or mental anxiety and other bad emotions,which will affect the mental health of students.This study will explore the relationship between academic stress,psychological quality and subjective well-being,in order to provide a better reference for education and teaching.In order to understand the current situation of junior high school students academic pressure,based on the "Study Stress Scale for Middle School Students","The Table of Happiness Index" and "Quality Table of Chinese Middle School Students' psychological Quality",this paper makes a questionnaire survey on 800 junior high school students in Grade 7,Grade 8 and Grade 9 of Linhe District,Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia,which was conducted to explore the relationship between academic pressure and subjective well-being of junior high school students and the mechanism of psychological quality affecting academic pressure and subjective well-being.The results are as follows:(1)the academic stress of junior high school students is generally at the middle level,there is no significant difference in sex and whether the only child is the only child,but there is a significant difference in grade.(2)the mental quality of junior high school students is good,there is a great difference in sex and only child,but there is no obvious difference in different grades.(3)the level of subjective well-being of junior high school students is better,there are great differences in sex and grade,but there is no significant difference in whether the only child is the only child.(4)academic stress has a negative effect on subjective well-being,and psychological quality has a positive effect on subjective well-being.(5)Mental quality of junior high school students has some mediating effect between academic stress and subjective well-being.The results show that academic stress affects the subjective well-being of junior high school students,which can be reflected by anxiety,depression,sadness and so on.Therefore,to improve the subjective well-being of junior high school students,we can improve the psychological quality of junior high school students to relieve the corresponding academic stress.
