Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,China's higher education has made great progress,the quality of education has been continuously improved,and the overall strength of higher education has been steadily improved.However,throughout the reality of higher education in China,there are still uneven distribution of educational resources,shortage of educational funds,uneven quality of education and so on.With the development of society,the internationalization of higher education has become the development trend of higher education in the future,which requires that under the existing conditions,learn from the excellent experience of domestic and foreign cooperation in running a school,raise awareness,and perfect the relevant system guarantee.Raise the level of opening up to the outside world.As an important form of international cooperation and exchange in education,Sino-foreign cooperative school-running has played an active role in promoting the reform of the school-running system in our country,widening the channels of talent training and promoting the opening-up of education to the outside world.It has received extensive attention from the society.Hebei Province is a big province of education and large population.It is very important to promote the development of local economy of Hebei Province to promote the strength of higher education and the development of local economy in Hebei Province by promoting Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Hebei Province.This paper studies the teaching quality of Sino-foreign cooperative school-running projects in Hebei province through literature collation and related investigation.Taking the representative H University of Hebei Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching quality of Sino-foreign cooperative schools.In the course of the research,aiming at the construction of teaching link quality standard,teaching content quality guarantee and teaching staff management in the teaching guarantee system of Sino-foreign cooperative projects,The five subsystems of teaching quality evaluation and continuous improvement of teaching quality are investigated and interviewed by questionnaire.Through the arrangement and analysis of relevant data,the specific problems reflected in the questionnaire and interview are interpreted deeply.Find out the specific cause of the problem.Finally,combined with the current situation of Sino-foreign cooperative school running in Hebei Province,aiming at the problems in the teaching quality assurance system,the corresponding solutions and improvement directions are put forward,such as establishing the international teaching quality standard and optimizing the teaching management.We should adjust the curriculum structure,promote the integration of teaching courses,strengthen the introduction of talents,perfect the management system of teachers,improve the quality of education evaluation,perfect the mechanism of education evaluation,attach importance to the mechanism of continuous improvement of teaching quality,and improve the teaching quality in an all-round way.
