The Research Of The Conflict Between The Postgraduate Studies And Entrepreneurship

Under the guidance of " popular entrepreneurship and innovation " policy,postgraduate entrepreneurship attracts more and more attention in China.The postgraduate entrepreneurship not only can alleviate economic pressure,improve employment competitiveness,promote self-awareness,but also can produce a series of conflicts and problems.Therefore,it is an important subject for the research of postgraduate entrepreneurship by acquiring the status of the postgraduate ’ entrepreneurship,identifying the conflict between students’ studies and entrepreneurship,and providing effective solutions and suggestions.This paper adopts the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey,case study,and interview survey by taking Shanghai S University as an example.This paper aims to study the current status of postgraduate entrepreneurship,identify the conflicts between students’ studies and entrepreneurship,and detect the influence factors by combining the motivation theory,conflict management theory and analyzing the reasons of conflicts.Base on the above analysis,this paper attempts to reconcile the conflict between the graduate students’ studies and entrepreneurship from three aspects.First of all,from entrepreneurial support level,universities could optimize business support policies and strengthen the postgraduate entrepreneurship support.Secondly,from their own ability level,postgraduate should continuously enhance their own ability and enhance their success probability.Finally,from the postgraduate training objectives,universities should diversify the entrepreneurship training,make postgraduate entrepreneurship and studies exist simultaneously.Through the above solutions and suggestions,it will provide the basis for the education of graduate students’ entrepreneurship,standardize the postgraduate entrepreneurial behavior,and built the foundation for cultivating the diversified,compound and innovative talents.
