Since the implementation of the Precision Poverty Alleviation Policy,the performance of poverty alleviation has been greatly improved every year,and the number of people who have lost poverty has exceeded 10 million per year for six consecutive years,and the incidence of poverty has dropped to1.7%,which is a firm step toward a well-off society.Educational poverty alleviation as a basic strategy for precise poverty alleviation is an important measure to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Therefore,from the perspective of accurate poverty alleviation,it is of certain significance to study the performance of education and poverty alleviation.This paper selects Inner Mongolia as an example for evaluation and research.Inner Mongolia's poverty alleviation task has always been very arduous,and there are still problems in further focusing on education.It is necessary to focus on the development of education in poverty-stricken areas and carry out key research,and strive to improve the level of education development between regions in order to achieve the goal of precise poverty alleviation and comprehensive poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas of Inner Mongolia.Based on the current situation of precision povertyalleviation in Inner Mongolia education,this paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the research tools of performance evaluation,and has established the Inner Mongolia educational precision poverty alleviation performance evaluation index system.The system has 5 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators..Then,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by the expert scoring method.Then,based on this,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out multi-dimensional evaluation and analysis.Finally,the comprehensive scores of Inner Mongolia educational precision poverty alleviation performance evaluation are obtained.Through the comprehensive scores,the performance of Inner Mongolia educational precision poverty alleviation is obvious,and it is in a good and excellent development trend.In order to further promote the better development of Inner Mongolia educational poverty alleviation,and to promote Inner Mongolia to complete the task of Precision poverty alleviation as soon as possible,the author starts from the current situation of Inner Mongolia educational precision poverty alleviation,combined with the comprehensive evaluation results of this paper,analyzes various aspects in the education precision poverty alleviation work.Find out the cause of the problem and analyze it,and finally give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.For example,in the aspect of accurate identification: strengthen the identification mechanism for the education of the poor,including the construction of the poverty-stricken population and the non-filed poverty-stricken population;the precise assistance:increase the input of government departments,increase the participation of social organizations,encourage enterprises Organize multi-participation;precise implementation: improve the admission rate of young children,strengthen the popularization of compulsory education,effectively controlthe dropout rate,continue to deepen the role of vocational education,give play to the advantages of higher education,and strengthen the implementation of special education;Improve infrastructure construction,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and control the use of special funds;precise management: make policies more effective and effective,and make funds more rational and effective.
