2020 is the decisiveyear for China to complete the established goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and win the tough battle against poverty.It is also a year of milestone significancefor China's historical development process.Since the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy,the performance of poverty alleviation has been greatly improved every year.The number of poor people has decreased from 98.99 million at the end of 2012 to 5.51 million at the end of 2019.The incidence of poverty has been reduced from 10.2% to below 0.6%.The number of the poor reduced more than 10 millionin each of the last 7 years.Vocational education,as an education closely related to regional social and economic development,has unique advantages in reducing target poverty.The poor can reap rich rewards repidly with only little investment.and the input-output ratio is in a significant effect in increase.Moreover,because the students can master real vocational knowledge and application skills in the education,and the achievements of vocational education can last for a long time,vocational education has been a vanguard of educational poverty alleviation.In order to achieve better quality and efficiency of the education and poverty alleviation work in Inner Mongolia,and promotethe completionof the tasksunder the current historical opportunities sooner and better,this article analyzes and discusses the current situation of vocational education`s participation in precision poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia.The necessity of vocational education to make outstanding contributions to targeted poverty alleviation work,and the feasibility of further expanding vocational education channels to ensure the vigorous development of targeted poverty alleviation also be discussed in this paper.Through the analysis of various restrictive ills in this field by using anti-poverty theory?intergenerational transmission theory of poverty and human capital theory,the theoretical basis of vocational education participating in precision poverty alleviation in various practical latitudesand the connection between this two in practice has beenclarifyed.Based on the current situation of precision poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia education,with taking the case of Inner Mongolia J vocational colleges,the author dissectedthe common problems in the specific practice of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education,accurately foundout the causes of the occurrence of various common deficienciesto seek precise measuresand developed curative methods that can solve the problem in the accuracy of vocational education form different perspectives by using survey analysis,experimental observation,literature research and other methods.And the author also explored new ways for vocational education to participate in the development of targeted poverty alleviation better.
