Writing teaching has always been the key point in Chinese teaching.With the deepening of the eighth curriculum reform of basic education,the content,concepts and methods of Chinese teaching have changed correspondingly,and various methods of writing teaching have also emerged.The composition teaching method of “live demonstration” proposed by professor Li baijian from Shanghai university has been used in the class.This method is full of new disciplinary characteristics.What about the beneficial effect of this method on the writing ability of primary school senior students and the writing teaching of teachers? Are there obstacles in practice? With the investigation of the practical effect of this teaching method,the research finds out its effectiveness and deficiencies in practice.On the basis of improving this teaching method,to further improve the writing teaching status of senior primary school,in order to practice this idea in the new curriculum standards better.This study generally focuses on three issues: Firstly,what effects does this teaching method bring to students? Secondly,what are the changes of teachers after using this teaching method? Thirdly,what are the obstacles or shortcomings of the teaching method in practice? This study mainly uses the questionnaire method and interview method.Taking B primary school in Z city as the practice base,four classes are selected from the senior class,and investigate the situation after they using this teaching method.In the process of comparative analysis,SPSS software was used to analyze the data from questionnaires,the study combines qualitative and quantitative research with interviews and data.The conclusions of this study are: the composition teaching method of “live demonstration” for senior grades in primary schools can effectively improve students' interest on writing,and improve their writing ability to a certain extent,and the classroom atmosphere advocated by this teaching method can also promote students' writing.However,according to the survey results,the effect of students' reverse thinking ability in training is not significant,and the memory ability and writing efficiency module is not to an extremely significant degree.In terms of teachers,this teaching method can improve teachers' teaching enthusiasm and promote their professional development to a certain extent.However,there are still some problems,such as inconvenient for teachers' classroom management and the influence on teaching efficiency.In order to make full use of the advantages of this teaching method and improve the quality of writing teaching in senior grades of primary schools,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions to both teachers and students.Teachers' suggestions are: Changing ideas,learning to induce;Moderate to let it go,participating together;Improving yourself,teaching flexibly.Students' suggestions include: Pay attention to writing and keep practicing;Active participation and in-depth training;Practice happily and follow instructions.In addition,in view of the deficiencies of this teaching method in this practice,this study also proposed three improvement strategies: Strengthen the research on students' emotional disorders and improve teaching efficiency;Detail the way of composition evaluation,for more teachers to learn;Adapt to the development of the network,upgrade writing teaching mechanism.This study is to improve this teaching method through the investigation of it in practice,so as to improve the writing teaching in senior grades of primary schools.
