Study On The Standardization Of Colleges Student Management System

With the further adapting and deepening the reform & development of higher education, the standardization of university students'management will become the objective demands of time development and the internal needs of higher education in the way of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, in order to carry out the strategies of "rule by law" and "reinvigorating China through human resource development". The Student Management Prescription of Ordinary Colleges & Universities, which has issued by the ministry of education in 2005, has strengthened and developed higher education, and its' managing reform results in the form of system. The prescription has conducted system innovation in the aspects of ensuring the autonomy of universities & colleges' running and promoting managing university by law in accordance with the demands of managing education by law. Thus, it provides new institutional structure and rule basis for the management of our universities & colleges students.Starting from the system evolution course of college students'management, the thesis has intention to pose positive countermeasures by observing existing students management guide in 30 ordinary universities & colleges in Hunan and combining the status of eleven universities or colleges'students management duties and system construction according to the conception design, institutional innovation and system construction of college students' management, which facilitates to create modern college managing system to meet Chinese Characteristics, status of colleges and rules of talented personnel training. Thus, we will standardize the managing system construction of college students and promote managing students'legalization, scientific, democratization and standardization.
