The major of physical education is the most influential trump card major in sports colleges and universities.Volleyball general course is one of the core courses of "three balls" for physical education major in physical education colleges and universities of our country.In the future,students majoring in physical education will shoulder all levels of school physical education teaching and training work.Their love for volleyball and their teaching promotion in the future have a great influence on the development of volleyball in China.At present,most of the volleyball courses in physical education colleges and universities in our country use traditional teaching methods.Although this method has some advantages,it also has some shortcomings that limit the improvement of teaching quality.In order to make up for its deficiency,this paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,experiment.mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on.I organically combine the traditional teaching method,the group cooperative teaching method and the video feedback teaching method.Get rid of its dross,take its essence,through careful teaching design apply to the volleyball general course teaching of physical education major of Guangzhou physical Education College.A mixture of teaching methods and traditions.A comparative experimental study is carried out between the mixed teaching method and the traditional teaching method.The results show that:(1)The mixed teaching method and the traditional teaching method used in this design are both effective in the general volleyball course of physical education major in P.E.College.To some extent,they can improve the basic technical level of students' volleyball,but the mixed teaching method is more effective.(2)By contrast,the design and application of the mixed teaching method make up for the simplicity of traditional teaching method and add color to volleyball teaching.The design and application of the mixed teaching method can stimulate students' interest in learning,mobilize students' subjective initiative,help students encourage each other and enhance self-confidence.(3)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the mixed teaching method designed and applied in this paper is superior in improving students' volleyball skills and tactics,participating in competitions,judging ability of volleyball referees,strengthening the ability of independent exercise,cultivating the ability of identifyingand applying rules.(4)The experiment proves that the mixed teaching method is more popular with students,and more in line with the physical and mental development characteristics of students majoring in physical education.It can help students develop good habits of self-conscious exercise and self-study after class,help students form the sports consciousness of lifelong exercise,obtain happy and positive emotional experience,and promote friendship among students.
