With the continuous improvement of people’s material living standards,people’s pursuit of spiritual life is gradually strengthened.The correct guidance of the government has increased the national investment in sports.The teaching system of schools is deeply affected.Basic education is accelerating its development towards comprehensive quality education.As an important part of quality education,physical education is also facing the most prominent teaching problems.Students’ sports quality and skill level are quite different,and students’ individualized needs for sports are more obvious.Under the premise of quality education,how to carry out differentiated teaching to meet students’ sports needs has become the top priority of physical education in Colleges and universities.From the point of view of teaching mode,the author selected two aerobics classes of Southern Medical University as the research objects by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and teaching experiment.They were divided into experimental classes and control classes.The experimental classes were divided into "stratified teaching" and the control classes were taught by routine teaching.Through statistical analysis of the two groups of data,the following conclusions are drawn: the application of "layered teaching" model in Aerobics Curriculum in Colleges and universities can effectively promote students’ physical and mental development and improve their aerobics technical level;through layered,upgraded and downgraded mechanisms,students’ learning motivation is enhanced,and students’ self-confidence and learning interest are cultivated through targeted guidance of teachers;“ The implementation of stratified teaching mode will increase the emotional exchanges between teachers and students,cultivate students’ awareness of cooperation and competition,strengthen students’ ability to integrate into society,promote students to form the consciousness of lifelong physical exercise and achieve the goal of lifelong learning;the characteristics and inherent requirements of stratified teaching mode will enable students at all levels to get better promotion and achieve comprehensive development.The ultimate goal of exhibition and common progress is to conform to the current personnel training policy of our country.
