With the continuous advancement of the strategic work of health China,the people’s health cause has become an important symbol of national prosperity and the prosperity of the country.The people’s requirements for comprehensive health include both"body"and"heart",and the medical and health system also pays more attention to providing humanistic care services to patients during the treatment process.The non-therapeutic needs generated by the relatively long treatment process of patients with chronic diseases have put forward more specific challenges to the"people-centered"medical and health system.Compared with patients with acute infections,medical social workers provide humanistic care services for chronic diseases with professional methods to have a positive impact on their life quality.Nephrine syndrome is a common type of disease in children suffering from kidney disease.Children will face problems such as long cure,side effects of hormone therapy,and high recurrence rate.The quality of life face a certain impact,especially mental health.Children during the hospitalization will lack their peer communication and social participation.Monoid and painful treatment of life will lead to bad emotions such as anxiety and irritability.Beware of the needs of psychology,spirit,and society is not met.The quality of life of children will further decrease,which is not conducive to subsequent treatment and rehabilitation.Therefore,how to improve the bad emotional experience during the hospitalization during the group working method,build a companion support network,enrich and enrich the hospitalization life,and maintain the mental health of children to improve the quality of hospitalization is the ultimate goal of this study.In this study,the author’s psychological care group"guardian childlike heart,friendship accompanied by friendship"during the internship of the F-Hospital as the research foundation,and the perspective of group dynamics,social support network theory and advantages as the theoretical support to study children in hospital in children in children with nephrotic syndrome.The feasibility and effectiveness of quality improvement.Before the group was carried out,the children’s life quality table(Peds QL^TM4.0)measured the hospitalized nephrotic syndrome for children,and went to the house to visit the children’s physical condition through the daily follow-up of the medical staff.The actual needs of children’s quality of life during the hospitalization period include:building a companion support network;reducing bad emotions of anxiety;adapting to the hospital environment and enriching hospitalization life.After the demand evaluation,design the corresponding group theme activity,and increase interaction through the form of group members.Decoration ward environment,doctor role experience,parent-child family communication,drawing hospital maps,reducing the children’s uncomfortable adaptation to the hospital environment in interesting group activities to reduce the child’s uncomfortable adaptation to the hospital environment Relax the distance between the medical staff and improve the compliance of the treatment;gain friendship in the group,expand the support of the companion support the network;reduce anxiety and enhance confidence in defeating the disease.The group effect assessment includes comparison scores,medical staff and parent evaluation,and social workers evaluation.The significant improvement of the scores before and after the score,the high satisfaction of the group,the good feedback and affirmation of the parents and medical staff of the children and the medical staff all show that the quality of hospitalization of children in the participating group has improved.This proves that the group working method meets the needs of children with nephrotic syndrome in psychology,spirit,and society,and improves the feasibility and reference of the quality of inpatient life.
