A Case Study On Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem Of Israel Institute Of Technology

As a part of social entrepreneurship system,the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education in universities is a new exploration of entrepreneurship education in universities all over the world.And in recent years,many universities in China are actively carrying out some researches on the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education,which can lay a solid foundation for the continuous development of entrepreneurship education.Israel Institute of Technology,as one of the world's top entrepreneurship universities,has a relatively perfect entrepreneurship education ecosystem.Therefore,exploring the relatively perfect ecosystem of entrepreneurship education in Israel Institute of Technology plays an essential role in promoting the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial universities and the reform of entrepreneurship education in China.Based on the whole analysis of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem of Israel Institute of Technology,this research summarized and analyzed the main characteristics and experience of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem.At the same time,it also compared the current development status of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities and eventually put forward some practical suggestions.The case study method was mainly used,together with comparative analysis and literature analysis to analyze the entrepreneurship education ecosystem of Israel Institute of Technology from the micro,meso and macro levels.As a result,the author could constantly strengthen the understanding of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem of Israel Institute of Technology,as well as the internal structure of the formation of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem.The results show that the Israeli Institute of Technology has a perfect ecosystem of entrepreneurship education,and each ecological factor has its own division of labor,which achieves the miracle of entrepreneurship education in the Israeli Institute of Technology together.From the micro level,the interdisciplinary teaching idea,the pragmatic idea and the rich basic system of entrepreneurship education have laid the foundation for the construction of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem of Israel Institute of Technology.From the meso level,the school constantly improves the construction of supporting entrepreneurship education organizations.From the macro level,it tries to strengthen the cooperation among universities,enterprises and the government,and creates an overall cultural atmosphere of entrepreneurship education.At present,Chinese universities are actively building an entrepreneurship education ecosystem,but there are still some problems in the whole process of entrepreneurship education construction.Therefore,in order to provide reasonable suggestions and enlightenment for the construction and improvement of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem in Chinese universities,it is necessary that Chinese universities should learn from the experience of the formation of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem in Israel Institute of Technology.In other words,from the micro view,the appropriate entrepreneurship education concept and basic system should be established,constantly developing a reasonable curriculum system of entrepreneurship education.From the meso level,the improvement of the organizational structure of entrepreneurship education should be vigorously promoted.From the macro perspective,the cooperation among universities,industries,governments may be strengthened so as to create a cultural atmosphere for entrepreneurship education.
