With the rapid advancement of the "Three Accesses and Two Platforms",the "Internet learning space for everyone" has achieved rapid development.In April 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Education Informatization 2.0 action plan,proposing to basically achieve the development goal of “Three Cover,Two High and One large” by 2022,and the Internet learning space coverage action in the eight major actions is aimed at popularizing and promoting the application of cyberspace,to realize "everyone has a space,everyone applies space".In response to the Internet learning space coverage action,the Ministry of Education issued the Guide to Construction and Application of Cyberspace,which mentioned the types of Internet learning spaces.Teachers' cyberspace plays an indispensable role as a personal space,affecting the use of Internet learning space for students and parents.However,with the increasing number of teachers' cyberspace,there are still many problems in the effective application of teachers' cyberspace,as a core function,learning resources sharing is embodied in the following aspects: most of the learning resources are reproduced,less resources are shared through active processing or original creation;more simple interpersonal connections,less interaction between promoting deep learning and discussion;more one-way resource sharing,less two-way resource sharing.In order to promote the production of high-quality resource generation behavior in teachers' cyberspace,this paper studies the factors influencing the generation of resources in teachers' cyberspace.By reviewing and analyzing relevant literatures at home and abroad,this study systematically sorts out the influencing factors of resource generation or knowledge sharing in predecessor research.Considering the resource generation mechanism of teachers' cyberspace,socialcognition theory,social exchange theory and social capital theory are finally selected as the theoretical basis of the resource generation influencing factor model in this study.The theoretical model of this study is constructed from two aspects: external environment and individual cognition.External environment adopts the dimension of trust,while individual cognition adopts the dimension of self-efficacy and reciprocity.On the basis of the model construction,combining with the characteristics of teachers' cyberspace and the mechanism of resource generation,the dimensions in the model are explained and theoretical research assumptions are made.In this study,the teachers' cyberspace in a province was selected as the research environment,and the space that received teachers' cyberspace related rewards was selected as the research object.After standardization and outlier processing,363 sample data were finally collected.After that,the statistical analysis tools SPSS 24.0 and Amos 21.0 were used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model test on the sample data,test and modify the research theoretical model,and judge whether the hypothesis was established.The results of data analysis show that: Teachers' trust in their environment has a positive impact on their self-efficacy.Teachers' trust in their environment has a positive impact on the concept of reciprocity in resource generation.Teachers' trust in their environment can promote the production of teachers' resource generation behavior.The self-efficacy and reciprocity concept of teachers' in resource generation have no significant influence on the behavior of teacher resource generation,and the self-efficacy of individual teachers has no significant influence on the reciprocity in resource generation.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding strategies and recommendations for the effective application of teachers' cyberspace and how to promote the production of resource generation behavior from four aspects,including increasing the function of friend circle,refining spatial data statistics,setting effective incentive mechanism and promoting and displaying excellent space.
