In recent years,inspired by foreign studies on "key competences",China creatively put forward the concept of "core quality".Driven by the trend of education reform,core quality has quickly become the focus in the field of education,and core quality education has gradually become a comprehensive educational practice.However,with the discussion and practice of the core quality and its educational theory,people prefer to utilize "core quality" to replace "core quality education",which has caused a lot of doubts in the academic circle.In that way,how should we move to core quality education from core quality? How to build up the educational system of the core quality with the guidance of educational principles? How to guide the practice with the theory of core quality education? And how to promote the theory of core quality education?The issues mentioned forward have undoubtedly become critical projects in the field of core quality and its educational research.Based on this,this study creatively proposes the concept of "core quality education",and from the perspective of pedagogy,the author tries to build the corresponding theoretical system of core quality education,and puts forward effective Suggestions for the practice of core quality education in school.Based on the response to the questions,the research mainly adopts the method of literature survey and interview,and makes an in-depth consideration on the core quality education and its theoretical construction from both theoretical and practical aspects.The study consists of five parts: the first part expounds the proposal of the core quality education.By analyzing the gain and loss of key competence abroad,this part reveals the essence of the innovation of China's core quality,and creatively puts forward the concept of core quality educationThe second part makes a theoretical review in present representative paradigm of pedagogy.Through the theoretical analysis of the representative paradigm of pedagogy by Johann Friedrich Herbart,John Dewey and N.A.Kaiipob,the author clarifies the direction of pedagogy--returning to the logical starting point,deducing the educational elements and revealing the correlation of elements.The third part introduces the technical methods of building the theory of core quality education.At the foundation of in-depth analysis in educational theory,the theoretical system of core quality education has been built up,which have the only logical starting point of "the study of core quality" and the basic relation of student-teacher-curriculum.The forth part.The present situation of core quality education in primary and secondary schools has been investigated.This part designs the interview outline based on the theory of the core quality education which has been built up,the author investigates the mastery degree of the primary and secondary school teachers to the core quality theory and the status quo of the core quality education practice in school,through the field research and teacher interview in primary and secondary schools in Chongqing.The fifth part puts forward the consideration of promoting the core quality education theory in the future.In combination with the current situation of education core quality education carried out in primary and secondary school,the author refines and sums up five big problems in the practice of the core quality education in school – the overall design of curriculum has not been finished,no copy operation in the teaching process,teacher competence is not enough,the evaluation of educational effect remains to be built up and inadequate educational support.Then the author puts forward the premise for promoting the theory of the core quality education from macro perspectives of theoretical construction--universal access to the core quality education,carry out theoretical research and study,the carrier--seeking common ground while putting aside differences for the whole construction of the curriculum,the core--role transformation,enhance teachers' competence,the key--focus on professional qualification,adjust educational evaluation standard and safeguard--synergistic development,create supportive environment.
