| To prosper a country,education must be established first,and to strengthen a country,education must be strengthened first.Master’s degree students in education,as high-level talents at the forefront of the times,bear the important responsibility of researching educational issues and are an important force in building China into a socialist modernized country.The "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Cultivating Virtue and Cultivating People" issued by the Ministry of Education of China proposes to cultivate students’ essential qualities and key abilities to adapt to lifelong development and social development needs by studying the core literacy system of student development.Based on this,this paper explores the current status of core literacy cultivation for master’s degree students in education and explores the resistance factors therein,And formulate effective strategies to improve the quality of their training in a targeted manner,which helps to provide constructive opinions and training ideas for the construction of education disciplines and talent cultivation in the new era.This research adopts the research method of combining qualitative research and quantitative research.Through extensive collection of research results at home and abroad and in combination with the reality of talent cultivation of master’s degree students in education,the core literacy evaluation system of master’s degree students in education has been established.It is believed that the core literacy of master’s degree students in education is divided into three dimensions: pedagogical professional knowledge,pedagogical professional ability,and pedagogical professional sentiment,including general knowledge There are 14 constituent elements: professional knowledge,international perspective and understanding,independent topic selection ability,knowledge integration ability,empirical research ability,academic writing ability,innovative thinking,problem-solving ability,independent learning ability,communication and cooperation ability,scientific research interests,academic character,and sense of responsibility.On the basis of determining the core literacy evaluation system,this study focuses on the 2022 and 2023 education master’s students majoring in education at the School of Education Science,S Normal University in L Province.Through two survey and research methods of questionnaire and interview,the current situation of cultivating the core literacy of education master’s students in this training unit is understood.Research has found that the overall core literacy level of the education master’s students in the current training unit is relatively average,with problems such as insufficient solid learning of education professional knowledge,incomplete development of education professional abilities,and insufficient development of education professional sentiment.The main reasons that affect the core elements of master’s degree students in education are: students’ weak professional foundation;Students have low professional identity and insufficient research motivation;The current teaching method is not satisfactory;The mentor has limited energy and less time invested;The construction of the curriculum system needs to be improved.In this regard,the core literacy cultivation strategy for master’s degree students in education should be formulated from multiple subjects and perspectives: to enhance the reserve of professional knowledge in education and cultivate one’s own theoretical literacy;Enhance positive guidance for educational research and enhance students’ interest in scientific research;Based on the actual construction of educational courses,adjust the teaching methods of the courses;Promote the construction of a team of graduate supervisors and improve the process of talent cultivation;Reshape the concept of cultivating educational talents and optimize the professional curriculum system. |
