Since 1989,when the State Education Commission and the State Planning Commission jointly issued the Several Opinions on the Development of Special Education,a series of laws and regulations,such as Regulations of the People,People's Republic of China,The Second Phase of The Special Education Promotion Plan(2017-2020),mentioned that special education courses should be offered for the general teacher education to cultivate the integrative educational literacy of ordinary normal students,so that they can be instructed to teach special children in the integrative educational environment.This indicated that the state attaches great importance to improving the integration education literacy of quasi-teachers so as to improve the development quality of integrative education in China.Therefore,the study on the integrative educational literacy of normal undergraduates in colleges and universities is not only a requirement for the development of international integrative education,but also an important practice for the related laws and regulations of integrative education and a support for developing integrative education.Moreover,the study can lay a foundation for related theories and core concepts of integrative education of normal undergraduates in colleges and universities.In present study,a predictive questionnaire was compiled based on the analysis of the existing literature,the various Teacher Professional Standards issued by the Ministry of Education and the analysis of open interview data.A formal questionnaire was completed based on the project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity test and confirmatory factor analysis.A self-compiled questionnaires named Questionnaire on Integrative Education Literacy of Normal Undergraduates in Colleges and Universities was used and distributed to normal undergraduates majoring in special education,pre-school education,Chinese language and literature,mathematics,English and other normal undergraduates in Guangdong,Henan,Chongqing and Guizhou etc.by cluster random sampling.The results showed that there are the following problems in the current situation of integrative education literacy of normal undergraduates in colleges and universities:1.Normal undergraduate students have a higher level of integrative educational ideas and teachers' ethics,whereas the integrative educational knowledge and skills were insufficient.2.There were different development level of integrative education literacy of normal undergraduate students in different regions.The integrative education literacy of normal undergraduate students in central and western regions needs to be improved urgently.3.Overall,there is still a big gap in integrative education literacy between the non-special normal undergraduates and professional teachers.Hence,the corresponding countermeasures are as follows:1.Incorporate the cultivation of non-special special normal undergraduates with integrative educational literacy into the general education policy,and improve the certainty of the language of relevant content in laws and regulations.2.Incorporate integrative education curriculum into teacher education curriculum standards,and add integrative education content into teacher qualification examination.3.Pay more attention to the cultivation of integrative education literacy of undergraduates majoring in normal education in the central and western regions to promote the balanced regional development of integrative education.4.Deepening the development and reform of teacher education system and promoting the integrative educational literacy of undergraduates majoring in non-special teacher model by multi-channel.5.Increase the proportion of practical class to promote the integrative educational knowledge and skills of special education teachers and undergraduates majoring in Fan Major...
