With the deepening of the popularization of higher education,the direction of cultivating talents in local comprehensive universities has gradually become to take the comprehensive development of students as the goal,respect the individuality and creativity of students,and cultivate diversified talents.The independent learning of college students has been paid more and more attention,and the cultivation of the independent learning ability of college students has become the starting point and foothold of talent training in colleges and universities.This study mainly focuses on the autonomous learning of Undergraduates in local comprehensive universities.The general idea is as follows: firstly,Firstly,the concept of autonomous learning is defined.By mastering the concept of autonomous learning,the traceability of the history of autonomous learning is deepened,so as to dialectically understand autonomous learning.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the talent training objectives of local comprehensive universities,this paper analyzes the value orientation of independent learning in local comprehensive universities.Again,in A university as A case,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview and literature analysis,the three kinds of research methods,through investigating the current situation of the undergraduate students autonomous learning,analyses problems of undergraduates' autonomous learning,find out the reason of affect undergraduates' autonomous learning,puts forward several Suggestions,hope to the right place to foster and improve the comprehensive university undergraduate students autonomous learning ability help.This paper draws the following conclusions: the main problems existing in undergraduate self-regulated learning in local comprehensive universities are: the lack of students' self-regulated learning concept;the "insecurity" of teachers on students' self-regulated learning;and the lack of support from the current teaching system for self-regulated learning.Based on this,the article puts forward specific countermeasures:should enhance the concept of students' independent learning;Break through teachers' "worry" about students' independent study;Change the current situation of insufficient support of the current teaching system;Some feasible Suggestions are put forward for the cultivation and improvement of undergraduate independent learning ability in local comprehensive universities.According to the investigation and research,the main problems of undergraduate independent study in local comprehensive universities are as follows: first,students lack the initiative of independent study;second,the way of students' independent study is unreasonable;third,the ability of independent study is insufficient.The analysis found out that there are three reasons affecting students' independent learning,that is,students themselves lack the concept of independent learning,teachers question students' independent learning ability,and the current independent learning system is not sound.On this basis,this paper puts forward several specific Suggestions: first,the concept of students' independent learning should be strengthened;Secondly,teachers should increase their confidence in students' independent learning.Finally,improve the system of independent learning.
