A Disciplinary Constractive Research Base On Core Competitiveness Of National Key Discipline In Local Comprehensive University

Discipline construction is the core of college construction and development,it is also the focus of the work in university. National key disciplines, as a representative of the highest level in the similar subjects, plays an important role in scientific and technological progress, knowledge innovation and promote national and local economic development. The characteristics of National key disciplines is different from the other key disciplines such as the provincial level etc. The subject of accumulation of fat, high level scientific research platform, the leading scientific research advantage determines that for the purpose of improve the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, support national major strategic and regional economic development needs, the construction of national key discipline should maintain and expand the national key discipline advantage to focus.Firstly, analysis the advantage of resource acquisition, subject development and the present situation of the resources integration ability of national key discipline construction with the theory of core competence,such as Guangxi University Yunnan University, Guizhou University and Nanchang University. Secondly, contrast the present situation of the national key discipline construction of Guangxi University and several other local comprehensive universities,analyses the problem of the national key discipline construction in Guangxi University is lacking of discipline characteristic research direction concise, insufficiency of high level scientific research,ineffective of drive the discipline development achievements etc.And then analyzes the main cause of the problem are insufficiency of resources integration ability, lacking of discipline accumulation and incomplete management system etc.Finally,put forward suggestions of national key discipline construction,according to the theory of core competitiveness,insist that the national key discipline construction should stick to strategic development direction, maintain strategic resources for power; Enhance the capacity of subject development, expand the discipline lead, including the integration of resources, break through barriers of discipline management, etc.; Improve the ability of resource integration, keep discipline superiority, such as perfecting the talent development mechanism, establish subject, d.c., innovation mechanism, etc.
