Rural primary school teachers play an important role in the groups of teachers in our country.The professional development level of rural primary school teachers is related to the development level of rural education in China and whether rural children can grow up healthily and successfully.The improvement of rural primary school teachers' professional development level needs the support of various external conditions,but fundamentally depends on their own professional development consciousness.Taking the Y rural primary school in the suburb of anqing city as an example,this paper obtained first-hand information about the professional development of rural teachers through close observation,in-depth interview,daily communication,listening to lectures and more than half a year's immersive experience.On this basis,it analyzed the reasons for their low consciousness of professional development and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts(four chapters),the first part of the paper is the preface,mainly from the cause of the topic,the purpose and significance of research,literature review and research methods of the four aspects of carding and elaboration.The second part of the paper describes the daily life,classroom teaching and office life of Y school to show the worrying professional development consciousness of rural primary school teachers.In the third part,the author analyzes the reasons for the low professional development consciousness of rural primary school teachers from both objective and subjective aspects.Based on the analysis of the reasons,the fourth part of the paper proposes three countermeasures to improve the consciousness of rural primary school teachers in professional development: The governments at all levels improve the relevant countermeasures to support teacher professional development;rural schools improve school management to stimulate teacher professional development;teachers make self-awaken and commit to their own professional development.Finally,in the conclusion part,based on the current policy background,the paper expresses the expectation for the professional development of rural teachers.
