| Since the 21 st century,China’s aging rate has been accelerating,in which the scale of disabled elderly is increasing.In practice,the author found that,in addition to the specialized human resources provided by the pension service institutions,some severely disabled elderly people have long-term caregivers to serve them.They have less social interaction with caregivers for the elderly,and are prone to depression,which brings both physical and psychological pressure.Failure to deal with them in time will lead to more serious consequences.The old people have rich experience in the past,so we can use the way of reminiscence to alleviate the depression of the old people.Taking the case service of W Welfare Home in Wuhan as an example,the author studied the process and effect of Hand-made reminiscence in the depression state of the elderly with severe disability accompanied by long-term caregivers.Firstly,this paper evaluates the problems and needs of project owner C from the perspective of ecosystem theory.Secondly,through manual learning,typical historical events,handicraft and career,handicraft and family,handicraft and contemporary life five Memorial talks and a handicraft group display,it can be divided into three stages: handicraft recall,handicraft guidance and handicraft display to alleviate the depression of the case owners and improve their development ability.Thirdly,the author used the Hamilton Depression Scale,the Elderly Depression Scale and multiple interviews to evaluate the intervention effect of manual remembrance.Finally,the author finds that manual Memorial therapy can effectively alleviate the depression of long-term caregivers by reproducing their past historical events,recognizing their existing knowledge and abilities,reasonably guiding and remolding them,and enhancing their potential abilities.At the same time,in the process of reminiscence,the object of reminiscence should be carefully chosen,the specific media should respond to the lifestage,the specific media should link the development of life,handle the ethical dilemma in the process of reminiscence reasonably,and consider the impact of emergencies on service practice. |
