The Present Situation And Problems Of Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ Sense Of Happiness And The Management Strategies

The development of the education depends on teachers; teachers’sense of happiness has an important significance on the development of our notional cause. How to promote teachers’sense of happiness is a task of the whole society. This article proves the importance of promoting teachers’sense of happiness based on the researches home and abroad about teachers’sense of happiness, the exposition of some related concepts of teachers’sense of happiness and the explanation of the effect of promoting the secondary vocational school teachers’sense of happpiness.Meanwhile,through investigation,analyses the conditions and the reasons of the present teachers’sense of happiness and gives certain strategies about how to promote teachers’sense of happiness. The article is divided into four parts to analyze and study the matter on secondary vocational school teachers’sense of happiness.In the first part, the article talks about why the chose this topic. And then analyses the present state of the related researches home and abroad and the deficiency as well. Finally, it talks about some concepts about the secondary vocational school teachers’ sense of happiness.In the second part, it analyses something about the secondary vocational school teachers’sense of happiness in Fuzhou based on investigating.In the third part, it finds the reasons why the secondary vocational school teachers are unhappy from three aspects, the individual, the school, the society, and then analyses them.In the last part, aiming at the previous elaboration and analysis, it proposes strategies to promote the secondary vocational school teachers’sense of happiness.
