As "national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)","the several opinions on the current development of pre-school education under the state council,the state council on strengthening the construction of teachers’ opinions",the kindergarten teachers’ professional standards and other relevant documents of successively promulgated,the coming era of pre-school education with Chinese characteristics.As a unique geographical region,the development of preschool education in rural-urban fringe is faced with a dilemma,that is,the imbalance of teachers.The kindergarten teacher team in rural-urban fringe shows a non-benign development trend with a large number of loss,irregular distribution of group structure and serious negative impact on the quality of education.How to effectively prevent the loss of kindergarten teachers in the urban-rural fringe has become a problem that needs urgent attention,research and solution.Based on investigating the school area location choice H city Y area of integration of urban and rural areas in jiangsu province 9 representative kindergarten as the research sample,combined with the local actual situation,using literature study,questionnaire,interview method,qualitative method research methods,such as of 173 based on a questionnaire survey of the urban and rural integration of kindergarten teachers,and to the District education bureau preschool education management cadres,kindergarten,preschool teachers,children,parents can interview,in order to understand the present situation of the loss of urban-rural fringe kindergarten teachers,on the basis of the found problems and the influencing factors of loss of kindergarten teachers,From the government,society,kindergarten,teachers four levels to explore the reasons for the loss of kindergarten teachers,and finally put forward a reasonable and feasible coping mechanism.The main points of this study are: increasing financial input to support the construction of kindergartens in urban and rural areas;Improve the welfare of kindergarten teachers;Improve the kindergarten management mode,strengthen the kindergarten teachers professional skills training;Enhance the professional happiness of kindergarten teachers.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the reasonable mobility policy of kindergarten teachers and the supplementary mechanism of teachers.Through these efforts,we hope to effectively reduce the turnover rate of kindergarten teachers in urban and rural areas,reduce educational inequality and improve the quality of education.And can bring some enlightenment to other kindergartens in the rural-urban fringe,play the role of "stone from other mountains can attack jade",promote the positive,healthy,sustainable and harmonious development of kindergartens in the rural-urban fringe.
