A Study On The Countermeasures And Employment Problems Of Postgraduates Of Pedagogy

With the rapid economic and social development in China,the scale of enrollment expansion in universities is becoming larger and larger,and the scale of graduate education shows the peak period of development.The employment of graduate students,especially the employment of postgraduate students,has gradually entered the field of vision of experts,scholars and the community.The employment situation of postgraduate students is becoming more and more serious,and the employment problem is becoming more and more prominent,which is not conducive to the development of the national government,society,postgraduate training units and graduate students themselves.Nowadays,it is difficult to obtain employment for postgraduates majoring in liberal arts,but the employment situation of postgraduates majoring in education is even less optimistic.On the basis of literature analysis method,the author investigated the employment status of postgraduates majoring in education by means of questionnaire survey method and interview method in 2016-2018 in Yunnan M University,and used SPSS19.0 to deal with the survey data.The author finds that there are many problems through the investigation,such as lack of confidence in employment,predominant contradiction between employment of supply and demand,low employment satisfaction,high employment expectation,guidance of training unit employment is not in place and so on.This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter “introduction”,mainly elaborated the research background,the research purpose and importance,the domestic and foreign research summary,the research method.The second chapter is“focuses on the related theories about the employment of postgraduates of pedagogy”.It mainly expounds the definition of basic concepts,the theoretical basis,and the general situation of enrollment expansion and employment of graduate students in China.The third chapter is “the investigation and research on the employment of postgraduates of pedagogy in Yunnan M University”,which mainly expounds the design idea of the investigation and research,the data arrangement,the result analysis of the questionnaire,the interview record and interview interpretation,and the analysis of the main factors that affect the employment of postgraduates of pedagogy.The fourth chapter "the countermeasures of the employment of postgraduates inpedagogy",mainly expounds the national policy and social aspects,universities and scientific research institutes,and postgraduates of pedagogy themselves.As for the postgraduates of pedagogy,it is helpful to make a clear and reasonable career plan and reduce the unfavorable factors in the process of employment,thus improving the employment rate and employment satisfaction of postgraduates of pedagogy through the investigation and research of the employment problems of the postgraduates of pedagogy.For universities and scientific research institutes,it provides an important basis for colleges and universities to improve the establishment of pedagogy disciplines,the mode of personnel training and the employment service system through the investigation and research on the employment of postgraduates of pedagogy.And It can help postgraduates of pedagogy to find a satisfactory job and shows your talents there.Through the investigation and analysis of the employment problems of the postgraduates of pedagogy,this paper provides empirical data for the compilation of the literature on employment guidance for the postgraduates majoring in pedagogy,and provides more objective and true references for the employment of the postgraduates with other professional backgrounds.The author hopes that these can improve the employment situation of postgraduates of pedagogy and other postgraduates.The successful employment of postgraduates of pedagogy not only realize the effective allocation of postgraduates,but also contribute to the unity,stability and prosperity of the country and nation.The author thinks that we should promote the successful employment of postgraduates of pedagogy from four aspects: national macro policy,employing unit,training unit and employment of postgraduates themselves to solve the employment problem of postgraduates of pedagogy.
