With the development of modern information technology in the 21 st century,China's teacher training has made great progress.The nationally implemented“ National Training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers ” and“Educational Technical Ability Training”have achieved good results,It promoted the improvement of teachers' teaching and teaching skills and the development of professional skills.However,there are still problems in the training of teachers in China,such as single training content,separation of theory and practice,and contradictions in engineering and learning.The country has combined the national training program with online education for this series of problems,which has developed from a single model to a line.Hybrid training combined with upper and lower lines.Therefore,in order to understand the current situation of mixed-training in the post-employment study of primary school teachers,this study uses the primary school teachers in Lu Zhou City as a sample to conduct a field survey on the application status of mixed-training in primary school teachers.This research mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,int-erview survey and other research methods to systematically study the related proble ms of the hybrid training of primary school teachers in Lu zhou City.In the research process,firstly,through literature research,we can understand the relevant theories of mixed learning and mixed training of primary school teachers.Secondly,conduct a questionnaire survey and interview investigation on the current situation of mixed training of primary school teachers in Lu zhou City,and conduct statistical analysis on the survey results.Through research,we find that the current mixed training of primary school teachers in Lu zhou City mainly has the following problems: the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in training is not high,lack of learning motivation;the content of training is different from the actual needs of teachers,and the content of online and offline is repeated;The problem of contradiction between work and study,the arrangement of online training and offline training is unreasonable;the evaluation mechanism of online training is not perfect;the instructor and the trained teacher lack interactive communication and etc.However,these problems are not isolated but are interrelated.The implementatio-n of hybrid training is mainly to alleviate the problems of teachers' engineering contr-adictions and single learning content.according to the survey results,there are still some problems in the mixed training of primary school teachers in Lu zhou City.This is also a problem that needs to be solved in the mixed training of primary school teachers.This study is aimed at the problems existing in the mixed training of primary school teachers,and proposes to improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in training,integrate the content of mixed training courses,rationally arrange the learning time of mixed training,improve the evaluation mechanism of online training and narrow the urban and rural areas.Strategies for teacher training and other aspects to solve the current problem of mixed-training of primary school teachers in Lu zhou City,aiming at promoting the development of professional competence of primary school teachers in Lu zhou City.At the end of the paper,the shortcomings in the research process and the researc-h innovations of this thesis are summarized,and the future research is prospected,so that the application of hybrid training in the post-employment learning of primary sch-ool teachers is more scientific.
