The development of teacher’s evaluation is the deepening and development of the evaluation system of the primary and middle school teachers,and the development of the school teachers is more emphasized.Based on the analysis of the development teacher’s evaluation background at home and abroad,this paper explains the connotation,characteristics and essence of the development teacher’s evaluation,and expounds the school-based implementation of the development teacher’s evaluation.The purpose,contents,methods and results of school-based teacher evaluation are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In the content of the study,it is mainly composed of two parts: theoretical research and investigation.The main part of the theory is to set up the school-based implementation of the developmental teacher,and to explain the specific connotation of the basis of the study on the basis of the evaluation purpose,the evaluation content,the evaluation method and the evaluation result,and take the Y middle school as an example in the investigation and research part.With reference to the teacher’s evaluation plan and the practice of the middle school,the school teacher is selected as the survey object,and the cognition,participation and satisfaction of the school teachers on the teacher’s evaluation practice are known.On the basis of the research method,the paper uses the literature method to set up the basis of the study;the questionnaire method is used to collect the main feedback of the school teacher’s effect on the evaluation of the school teacher’s evaluation program and the problem induction;and to use the interview method to assist the attribution analysis.The results of the study are as follows: to play the function of the school level to promote the professional development of the teacher through the evaluation means,it is necessary to re-establish the practice framework of the teacher evaluation based on the evaluation of the implicit logic,from the development of the scheme,the main body weight function,the main body participation in the evaluation process,The evaluation results back-feed the teacher’s practice and improve the teacher’sevaluation system.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the background of the research,the current research situation,the research direction,the theoretical and practical significance of the research and the choice of research methods;The second chapter is the theoretical basis of research.The third chapter analyzes the problems and reasons of the "school-based" practice of teacher evaluation in Y Middle School in Yunnan Province,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement.The fourth chapter is the reflection of the main research conclusions and the prospect of further research.
