The Core Competencies and Values of Chemistry bears the important influence and value of the chemistry discipline on the students' future development,covering the most basic knowledge and skills of the chemistry discipline,subject ideas and concepts.? General high school chemistry curriculum standards(2017)? clearly pointed out that the design and development of the chemistry course "plate-tectonic" can be used to achieve the cultivation and development of disciplinary literacy.Literacy-based instructional design is a design model promoted and promoted by the "Literacy-based" instructional design,which is conducive to transforming the chemistry discipline literacy into the practical requirements that can be used in teaching practice,easy to understand,and clarify the specific requirements of student development.This research is divided into two parts: theory and practice.Theoretical part: This study combs the plate-tectonic teaching theory of the core literacy of the chemistry discipline,proposes the frame of the plate-tectonic teaching process of the literacy and the characteristics of the plate-tectonic of instructional design of the literacy;carries out the theoretical research on the plate-tectonic of instructional design of the chemistry literacy(including deconstruction Literacy-based teaching objectives,analysis and design of the elements of the literacy-based teaching sector,consistency and integration of the literacy-based teaching evaluation),established the literacy-based teaching design model.Practical part: The teaching content with the theme of "the nature of material and the value of material transformation" was selected for the literacy of plate-tectonic individual design,and the teaching was implemented in the third grade(8)of Jiu long hu Campus of Nanchang Foreign Language School.The experiment reached the following conclusions:(1)Broaden the perspective of students in understanding substances and their changes.They can systematically describe,classify and characterize element compounds based on "element valence state and substance category",and the "macro identification and micro analysis" literacy has developed.(2)Promote students to change their biased cognition,form a cognitive idea for exploring material properties and their transformation,and be able to make predictions and representations.The "change concept" literacy has been developed.(3)To help students establish a cognitive model of elemental compounds,and to explain and speculate on the composition,nature,change and value of substances based on the cognitive model,the "evidence reasoning and model cognition" literacy has been developed.(4)Changed the methods for students to recognize and deal with hot issues in chemistry.Students can go from experience level to principle level to analyze and discuss hot issues in chemistry,weigh the pros and cons and reasonable decision-making,evaluate and optimize the impact and value of chemical processes "the scientific attitude and social responsibility" have developed.The literacy of plate-tectonic teaching theory and its design help to clarify the relationship between disciplinary knowledge and disciplinary literacy,and effectively promote the formation of uniformity and integration of "teaching,learning,and evaluation",and contribute to the construction,development and improvement of students' subject knowledge and subject literacy.The experimental survey sample is small and the representative is poor;the measurement methods and evaluation standards of the Core Competencies and Values of Chemistry subject and the literacy of plate-tectonic teaching theory and its design model need to be improved.
