With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the whole book reading has gradually become a hot topic in educational research.In the 2017 edition of the curriculum standard for senior high schools,the whole book reading is set as the first learning task group,which runs through the high school language elective courses.The status of the whole book reading in senior high school teaching can be seen in the compulsory courses.The whole book reading plays an important role in improving students' language ability,enhancing students' core literacy,and cultivating students' lifelong reading habits.However,due to its long length,time-consuming reading and limitations in teaching practice,the whole book is still facing many difficulties in its full and effective implementation.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper designs a survey on the development of the whole book reading activities,teachers' guidance,students' feelings,harvest,thinking and the expected effect of the activities in Puer No.1Middle School.Through the analysis of data and answers to understand the current situation of the whole book reading in Puer No.1 Middle School,analyze the problems and reasons existing in the whole book reading of senior high school students in teaching practice,and put forward targeted solutions.This paper elaborates on the idea of "raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems".In the research of countermeasures,it puts forward the targeted solutions in the main direction of "stimulating interest,guiding,guiding,displaying and evaluating",supplemented by simple cases in teaching practice to test the effect.
