Teaching cases are stories based on facts with clear teaching objectives.Using teaching cases to study can effectively improve students' comprehensive ability to find,raise,analyze and solve problems.At present,the development of mathematics teaching cases in China is still in the primary stage,the development conditions are not very mature,the available mathematics teaching case resources are also very scarce,and most of the mathematics teaching cases are for the cultivation and development of master's and doctoral students.In order to promote the development of mathematics teaching case and expand its application scope,this paper is to junior middle school mathematics teachers' teaching case development as the main body,the development of junior middle school mathematics teachers' teaching cases,and the use of the teaching method of case enhance the level of teachers' professional development research,summed up the development method of junior middle school mathematics teaching cases and analysis method,help for the construction of teaching case,and for junior middle school mathematics teachers' professional development provide a new way to ascension.This paper develops and studies the teaching cases of junior middle school mathematics teachers through the methods of literature review,questionnaire,classroom observation,interview,case analysis and action research,and summarizes the conclusions from the following three aspects:First,the development of teaching cases is divided into four steps: topic selection,data collection,case development and case modification.When choosing a topic,we can choose valuable topics in our own teaching process,or we can choose valuable topics observed.When collecting original development materials,we can either collect them with specific goals or collect them in large quantities without specific goals,and finally select valuable development materials.When developing cases,we can refer to the requirements and format of developing mathematical teaching cases given by China professional degree teaching case center.In casemodification,the authenticity,narrative and conflict of the case should be emphasized.Second,the teaching case analysis method should be divided into five steps: the first step,reading background and text,the case of the overall understanding;The second step is to think about the educational principles,thoughts and methods contained in the cases and find out the educational problems.The third step is reading instructions to clarify the teaching purpose and analysis ideas of the case.The fourth step is to collect and learn relevant knowledge according to the tips and their own situations.The fifth step is to make a comprehensive analysis of the case based on the thinking questions and draw on the educational experience and knowledge.Thirdly,junior middle school mathematics teachers can not only reflect on and deeply study the teaching activities by developing teaching cases,but also obtain the teaching experience of other excellent teachers by analyzing and studying teaching cases of others,so as to improve the professional development level of teachers by using teaching cases.
